Excellent doctor and office staff. Very informative, clear discussions regarding possible surgery. I felt confidant regarding Dr Slack's analysis of my problem and received all the necessary scans and medical background tests needed to make informed decisions.
He has been my ENT doctor since 2010 and I have complete confidence in his care and expertise.

Both doctors are wonderful professionals who do their job with excellent skill, kindness and compassion. I enjoy going into their office for follow up.  The staff is friendly and excellent at what they do also.

He listens to the patients and he'll appropriate decisions. I had a billing issue, somehow the hospital charged me twice for the same thing and i talked to the office and they're like don't worry we will take care of it definitely.

Dr. RIchards is absolutely wonderful!!  I had a rough time seeing another ENT who prescribed harmful medication that I should not have taken and scheduled me for biopsy 5 weeks in the future when it was ABSOLUTELY clear that I had a very large infected branchial cleft cyst on my neck.  I also have a heart condition and did not need to be walking around taking antibiotics for 5 weeks.  When I arrived at Dr. Richards for a second opinion she took me DIRECTLY into the procedure room to drain the cyst and sent it to Pathology.  She took me off the prednisone and immediately scheduled me for surgery.  I was so relieved.  She knows her stuff for sure.  Very easy to talk to.  You cannot go wrong with Dr. Richards.  I'm lucky I found her.

My mother-in-law was certain she had throat cancer.  Because she strongly dislikes doctors, she kept her symptoms secret for many months.   For our initial appointment, she predicted that we'd get no answers but would be put off for diagnostic testing.  Instead, we arrived early, were seen early and were in the car going home with all our questions answered by the time our appointment was to begin.
Doctor Allen was professional, courteous, efficient and demonstrated a self-effacing humor which put my mother-in-law greatly at ease.  (She was sure he would reprimand her for smoking and for postponing medical attention.)  His questioning was thorough and patient.  Within 15 mins, he transferred us to another room where he looked down her throat with a camera and immediately described his observations.  His explanations were easy to understand and he allowed us to ask many questions.  At no time did he rush us or make us feel unwelcome.
His staff is friendly, efficient and, clearly, they all enjoy working with him.  The environment is pleasant, relaxed but maybe a bit too cold.  (Bring a light jacket/sweater.)  Dr. Allen has outfitted his office with medical equipment crucial to making fast, accurate diagnoses.
With aging parents relying on me for assistance with medical appointments and advocacy, I know a lot about how things usually go.  Although I was not the actual patient, our visit with Dr. Allen was the best experience I've had at any medical appointment.

This began in Dec of 2011. I had a problem with my right ear. After 2 courses of antibiotics through my primary Dr. did no good for me, I went to see Dr. Slack. The office is bright and cheerful, the staff is smiling and courteous. I didn't wait long to be seen. Dr. Slack and his staff are friendly and professional. I felt right at ease with them. After checking my ear I was surprised that he took the the time to talk with me and ask me questions about my health. That conversation led to my having a sleep study and the discovery that I have sleep apnea, which I am now being treated for. I might never have known that I have this problem if not for Dr. Slack. I would definitely recommend him to others!

My regular doctor had me on another medicine for years which didn't work. Dr. Michele prescribed another medicine for me which was effective. She is awesome. She asks you the right questions, she talks to you, she listens to what you have to say. She actually diagnoses what is wrong with you.

My daughter was referred the the practice because she had severe allergies. The nurse practitioner there was very helpful and walked us through the testing and shots that needed to be given. She instructed us on our daughters allergies and changes we would have to do around our home. Our daughter will soon be on maintenance shots for her allergies. I have seen huge improvements in her condition. She is almost completely allergy free and breathing better. Would definitely recommend this practice.

I was referred to Dr. Slack by my primary health doctor. Dr. Slack took the time to ask questions and listen to my issues and complaints. He answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable about my condition. I never felt rushed. He scheduled me for a sleep test and followed up with me to discuss the results. He continued to follow up to make sure I had the best result from my machine. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the results and getting a good nights sleep. I am very happy overall with my treatment and would recommend him.

I have used him for over 20 years. He is straight forward and no nonsense kind of guy. He is very effective.
