quick to respond 1st time, when it was still leaking, he was not responding and taking care of it. Left tarp up and never came back to get it after several calls. paid a lot to have this work done, now I have another company coming out to redo the job. All I wanted was an honest person to fix my roof and I think Travis dropped the ball on me. Of course he doesn't warranty his work, so he made a lot of money doing nothing right.

Yes, Travis was prompt in his response. I called him and the next day he was checking my roof. Less than 48 hours sent me all the pics. He was very honest about what needed to be done. I wouldn't say he was the cheapest but his price was reasonable and he showed professionalism. He kept me posted with pictures and the job was done very quickly. I highly recommend him!

From the time I contacted Angie, Travis from Whitby Roofing was 1st to respond and came out to survey the roof the next morning and let me know exactly what was needed and how the repair was going to go. The next day I had the proposal and the price was very fair for the work that was needed. Others I had contacted handed in prices that were absolutely out of the question. Travis from Whitby Roofing arrived early and got to work, after the job was completed he reviewed all of his work with me and made suggestions for the future. I would call Whitby Roofing true Craftsmen and industry professionals. I would definitely call Whitby Roofing for any issues regarding repairs including a new roof.
