He came and put together an exercise machine. He did a good job.

The owner was very neat,efficient, and professional.? Did a great job of placing new drywall in my house.? Would hire this service again.

Mr. Robert J. Wills arrived, surveyed the task, and quoted a price of "a couple hundred" if I provided the materials.  It was explained that I wanted the finished product to be ready to paint.
It took about six weeks for him to get his schedule together to come to the house to do the job.  I had purchased two sheets of drywall, tape, putty, and screws.  The scaffold was assembled and ready for his use.
 He completed the task of installing the drywall, and applied one layer of putty with the tape to seal the seams.  When questioned about the texture, he said that he did not have time as he had to travel to Marco Island (45 miles distance) for another job.   When I got ready to texture the ceiling, I noticed that the seams were not smooth and would require another coat of putty and sanding to make the seams clean and seamless.
I took pictures of the completed product and sent them to him.  He said he would come back and fix it for another $100.00.  When I informed him that this quality of work was part of the original job, he declined.  I then requested $50.00 refund so I could complete the task.  He agreed.  I requested that the money or check be sent by certified mail.  He has failed to correct his workmanship or to refund the $50.00

The project went well. Kerry was very professional and completed the job quickly. I was satisfied.

Gave us an estimate for the work and when we finally signed on the house we gave them a call and they were great in responding quickly to our request.  We wanted them installed before we moved in.  Not a problem.

The gentlemen that Handyman Connection - Fort Myers sent out was not a qualified electrician. The fan was tied into the entertainment center. He got the darn thing up, but he was not able to complete the electrical.

They did a good job but I paid $200 for less than 2 hours of work.  I had bought the door to be  installed (with the jam) and staged it for them.  I think $20-30 / hr is much more fair than $100/hr.    They do good work but they are paid rather handsomely for it.  Not sure if I will use them again.  I would have been very happy at $100-150 but $200 is just not cool.....

I decided not to use this company due to the handymans sloppy appearance, both personal and vehicle.

 The reasoning being that if he had so little pride in his personal apperance, what kind of pride would he have in his work.

They did not seem to know what they were doing, and I thought their price was too high. The gentlemen that came out could barely speak English, and it was hard to communicate to him.

He was fantastic. I thought that his price was outstanding, and he spent five hours for the work. There were some nail holes from the painter that I forgot to clean out, and he took these out and touched these up for me. I was very pleased with him.

Robert showed up on time for the estimate and listened carefully because I had an unusual job. He showed up on time for the work. He was extremely pleasant. He was able to accomplish beyond my expectations.

They are very prompt, friendly and they give a price before they start the work. They charged me $125 and I’m not able to compare or grade them with regard to a price. I would use them again in the future.

We hired another contractor to do the job.

Told him to forget it.  I'm going to find someone else.

He was great. He was on time and did what he had to do. He didn't even charge me for the visit.

kerry was a very nice man.  the huge curtain rod was a bugger as there is no support in my walls.  he got it up so that it was sturdy, then hung the 6 drape panels for me.  the price included all supplies he picked up, including a part for the garbage disposal and the wood for the frame and the 4 x 8 ft pegboard.  the garbage disposal turned out to be unfixable (not his fault, it was old and rusted out) and i will have him back in a few weeks to install a new one, along with a few more jobs i'm sure i'll find by then.  kerry was here from 10am until 3:30pm.  he had to run out to home depot for parts during that time and was back quickly.  everything he did is great. i recommend him to anyone needing a few fix ups here and there.
