An internal investigation into the matter reviled the AC Technician overlooked a critical step in their diagnosis by not inspecting the AC Filters. You certainly have my sympathy with regard to the muddy waters of City Permitting, and complexity of AC Warranty compliance. Thou it may seem otherwise, Cindy actually did you a favor. An AC Warranty is a 3 way agreement between the AC Manufacturer, the AC Installation Company, and the Homeowner. Because we did not install your New AC System, having us repair it would have voided your manufacturer's warranty. We DO NOT LIKE turning away business, but to preserve our customer's warranty, we always check warranty status before performing any repair. Hope this reply helps put things into perspective."

"Sir, I have reviewed your recent concerns and in this case I feel very compelled to respond to you with a much different account of the events that occurred., The photos and the documented history of our visit to your home show very clearly that not only did we charge you accordingly, it would have been a disservice to you if we did not recommend replacing your 1998 ( 19 year old ) and 2003 ( 15 year old) systems. The photos I have of the decaying platforms your outdoor units are sitting on are a safety hazard to you and anyone trying to preform service on them. You called us out to Evaluate both of the systems you have. We did exactly that, infact my service manager and one of our seasoned technicians were at your home. You were present during the entire inspection and were shown the extent of the problems you have with both systems. We left your home that day and both systems were running in much better condition than we arrived. You asked for proposals to be emailed to you for replacement of the equipment as well as replacing the outdoor unit platforms, which my service manager followed through on. I must say, I feel very strongly your account of our visit and your review has no merit and no foundation for your complaint. I would be more than happy to sit down with you and review the entire chain of events in order to satisfy your concerns. This will be my one and only written reponse to this review.
