They have very nice servicemen.  I had a problem after the new AC was installed and they came and fixed it.

Did not get a response to my request.

I was most pleased.  They were there on time and did a nice job for a reasonable price.

Got quotes from Robert for replacement systems, as well as quotes for replacement ductwork, added cold air return, and attic insulation.   We are proceeding with ductwork, cold air return, and insulation to improve airflow and system efficiency in home. 
Their approach to HVAC is very holistic, not just sell you a new compressor/air handler

They did a good job with their service. They were okay but we did not like the idea of them installing an air conditioner that would go after five or six years. We used another service provider in the year 2009 and then we went back to Sunset Air Conditioning And Heating because we had a three years generator service coming but we would be going back to our previous service provider as they were very reasonably priced and they would service your generator twice a year if you have an in-ground generator. Also because they do a good job in checking your filters and checking everything in your generator. However, for heating and air conditioning, we have not yet decided if we would continue with Sunset Air Conditioning And Heating or not. It depends on the air conditioner that they have put in. They have put in an air cleaner in our home which we are very satisfied with. We have a contract with them with two service calls a year where in they would come in and virtually check everything that we have. We are extremely satisfied with them for the most part but we are a little dissatisfied with them because our air conditioner is going after five or six years but in Florida, you can expect something like that. They are very reasonably priced.

Solid service from Sunset both before and after the call. Sunset was able to get the warranty Evaporator Coil that my original A/C company couldn't. They were able to fit the service call during my Christmas/ New Years break as I requested. They arrived on time. They tried to verify the evaporator coil leak that another A/C company said existed but they found no leak existed in the attic as the original company claimed. I appreciate the honesty when they couldn't verify the attic leak of the evaporator coil They proceeded to look eleswhere and found a small leak outside at the condensor coil king valve cap. They repaired the leak and charged me only for the service call and leak test for 190 instead of the quoted 500 to change the coil. I wish I had called them the first time so I could have gotten the job done right the first time in one service call.. They were flexible and focused on solving the problem at the true leak location instead of just changing the evaporator coil when the scope of the work changed. Will definitely use them next time I need A/C service.

Owner of the company came out and explained all that was going to be done. He took th time to answer all questions I might have. He checked over the system and asked if I had had any problem areas with either keeping cool or warm. He checked them out. did what service was not done originally. I checked with a friend from out of state who is in the same business. He told me that while he could not tell me who to go to, he would certainly want that man working for him because he was interested in the customer. Very prompt, clean and thorough.

They did a fine job. I have signed up with them to do an annual check. So, they will come out every six months and go through the whole system, to make sure that things are working fine. They do a great job. The last time they came out, the cost was covered under my annual contract. They are very professional because they call ahead of time. They make sure that you are going to be there for the appointment. They show up on time. If there is some kind of delay, they handle it well. I like the way they operate. Their prices are very reasonable. You get what you pay for. I will continue to use them in the future.

The workers were very neat. They put down plastic and taped it down everywhere they walked. So far the unit is working well.

Our air conditioner is only about 18 months old, but had been intermittently not working. Sometimes it would go up 5 degrees in the house before I would notice and have to turn it off and on or go out and bang on the unit. A man from Sunset Air came out and checked it thoroughly, cleaned it out, and worked diligently to figure out what was wrong. He replaced the contactors, which were under warranty, and said that if we had further problems that he would come out again without charging us. The house sat empty for a year with the air conditioner running off-and-on so the problem has not been easily diagnosed. However, we were very pleased with the technician who came out and would highly recommend them.
