SAVON FURNITURE

We purchased a leather sofa, large leather chair, leather ottoman, after market leather protection, leather conditioning kit, end tables, and lamps through our salesman Mike Zahorchak at Savon. Everything arrived on the scheduled date but my wife was not happy about a very small flaw in how the stitching was done on the sofa back (my wife is a seamstress and notices things which would go unnoticed by most people), the sagging chair cushion, and the unevenness of the second shelf on one end table which looked like an assembly error and not a defect. We called Savon and they sent out a technician which agreed with my wife's assessment. The technician was great and did NOT try to convince us that it was all right. We were offered three choices. 1. They would reorder the sofa, chair, and end table. 2. They would give us a credit toward anything else in the store. 3. They would refund our money on picking up the pieces we didn't want. After careful consideration we decided to first go with option 2 since our salesman Mike was really great and we didn't want to see him lose his commissions on something that wasn't his fault. By the way, if you go to Savon I strongly recommend you asking for Mike Zahorchak. Unfortunately, we couldn't find leather replacements in a color that we could live with and chose to exercise option 3 and get our money back. This was the easiest, friendliest, and most straight up refund I think I have ever received. They gave us the money back on the leather sofa, leather ottoman, after market leather protection, leather conditioning kit and replaced the end table with a wobbly second shelf. Wow, were we impressed. I know the first furniture store I will ever go to when we need something again - Savon where they really stand by their products.
