Professional and did a great job :-)

Water was leaking into my home and I could not find a roof repair company who could work me in for emergency repairs for weeks. San Carlos Roofing got a crew to me within about a week and took care of the problem.

They did a really good job, the vent is no longer leaking. They were very professional and punctual.

They were very easy to work with, they worked with me, they were very clean, picked up at the end of the day and they did a good job.

Went Great!!!

San Carlo Roofers were very good - it was fine, very good service, they were responsive and fixed the problem.

Examined roof. Discovered that covers on vents were not applied correctly which lead to the roof leaks. Repaired all. No more leaks.

Overall it was painless and a pleasant experience. Getting good roofers in SW Florida is like finding Hens teeth.

San Carlos was the lowest bidder by far.(When the price is lower, quality is always a concern.) After conducting due dilligence we decided to select San Carlos and, in the end, could not have been more delighted.
Timely, friendly and a professional, experienced crew did an outstanding job.
 
As is usual with a job this large, there was some minor damage to some decorative lighting, etc. I submitted my list to Jim Hardy, their supervisor, and a credit was immediately taken from the total charges, and with a smile.
Overall, I received the quality of service that I remember from my younger days.....done once, done right and at a reasonable price

It took longer than planned but finished product looked great.

Owner of company responded to my phone call the same day and came to my house to view the damage.  He quickly identified the problem area and gave me an immediate estimate.  I was very impressed with his quick response, knowledge and friendly attitude.  I was told it would take about a one and a half weeks before they could actually get to my house to do the work.  Since we were having a period of fairly dry weather I agreed.  Approximately a week later they came to do the work.  The owner said he wanted to make sure it was finished before an impending storm arrived.  Two workers performed the job in just a few hours, to my pleasure.  Also, I purchased some new furniture that day.  When I brought it home, the two workers, while waiting for some materials to be delivered, unexpedtedly volunteered to help move the furniture inside the house.   The job was finished while I was away from the house.  When I returned all debris had been removed from my property.  I plan to use this company again when it comes time to redo my entire roof or repair it again.  I would highly recommend San Carlos Roofing.

We hired San Carlos Roofing for repairs to 5 areas leaking on our 2 story tile roof. They came to the house - gave a same day estimate and were able to start repairs the next day.  They were very neat, professional, and courteous. They not only repaired the roof  leaks, they walked the entire roof and repaired/replaced any area where the tiles were damaged.  These repairs took 3 full days to finish and each day they completely cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend  San Carlos Roofing. The price was very fair based on other quotes we received and for the amount of hard work they did.** and I am no longer allowed to feed my cute squirrels in the back yard anymore.. :-(
