They claim they are fixing the car, but it has taken them 4 months to fix. They are extremely irresponsible, they don't answer phone calls or emails. Last time we were out of contact for a month, and they still were re sending pictures taken on the second month of the service. It has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Now that we were out of contact because of their irresponsibility, I filed a complaint, to now the owner is punishing me by making me wait for the car even longer. He even sent me a text saying ' thanks for the complaint!' I'm very busy and will be out of town until nest week", and sarcastically said "have a good weekend". What a horrible man, I am a single mother, and I'm walking to work and back and my daughter as well. This place should be shut down, for their horrific service.

Very disorganized and too consumed with family and grandkids in shop. Eating while answering the phones, etc.

"This customer received a 30% off normal invoice pricing, because she belongs to a Chamber of Commerce, of which I am also a member. Our shop is a family owned and operated establishment. At the time of the repair, our 2 year old granddaughter was visiting us in our shop. She also removed shop property from our premises, without asking or paying for it. This customer was a repeat customer. First time came in for a normal service, in which we found additional repairs needed. This customer came back to have these repairs done."

My Mercedes was not starting every time and he diagnosed it over the phone. when I took it in he fixed it quickly and the price was very reasonable. Will use him for all of my cars in the future.

I chose them because they are a non-franchise mechanic. They will install custom parts or parts that I have purchases off site; it is hard to find people who will install my own parts and charge only for labor. I am happy with their service and will continue to use them.
