Precision Painting Plus of Cape Coral

It was a little difficult to reach me however they left message and followed up. Once we got to talking they made the process very simple - they were very informative and professional every step of the way. The painters were excellent � very diligent and great work! They started at about 9:00 AM and by the time I got home at 6:30 they were 99% done. I am sure I will use them in the future.

Would definitely consider this company for future jobs! He was very patient with me (I was on the phone with a mini-emergency when he came for the estimate and was so understanding!

They were worked well and quickly. Every concern or request was addressed.

The painters were on time and completed the paint job to my satisfaction within two days. They returned to do some touch-up work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Precision Painting rep's from the Sales end ( David) to the Supervisor ( Christian) to the workers ( Juan - didn't get the other person's name), were professional, timely, efficient and the overall performance was A+. The scope required preparation of walls ( skim coating - sanding ), applying a primer & two finished coats of paint. They were finished within the time frame given, extremely attentive to details, clean, neat and the clean up was spotless. Though this wasn't a major project I would have no problem recommending with confidence, and look forward to using them again. Pricing was reasonable as well.

Pros: Quick turn around, quick availability, reasonable price, and flexible time frames. Workers are pleasant to have in your home and trustworthy. Cons: No real con, but I would suggest to anyone that all work in mind be included in the initial discussion to ensure the contract reflects the price quoted. Comments: Everyone involved was great and provided exceptional fast and precise service. Overall I am very happy and would use them again. Katie provides the best customer service and I feel is one of the main reasons I booked with the company. Both of the foreman's that came provided value made sure all the work was 100%.

If you want a decent paint job done fast then this is for you. In the end, they did go out of their way to make sure we were satisfied, however we had to have them come back twice to fix things that weren't done properly. They also broke some fixtures which we had to go replace (which they did reimburse us for). And be very careful to include everything in the quote because they will charge you extra for everything.

Work went smoothly, with no major issues to be noted. I had a special design line I wanted on the wall and after sketching out a rough outline on the wall for them they were able to paint it appropriately. My only gripe is that they left some garbage bags and cans behind which I expeted to be taken out by them, but besides that it all went pretty well.

The workers who came to paint were nice. Neat workers but had to come back to fix. Still more that should have been finished and/or fixed. I was overall a little disappointed. We moved everything out of the room ourselves which was difficult. After job was over they told me that I should have removed the mini blinds and the light switch covers. They never told me about that. I could have painted for a lot less $$ but its done. I still have to repaint the built in shelves as they used the wrong paint on that. The sheetrock tape repair was just okay. Couple of drips, etc.

They were neat clean and fast. The only problem we encountered was when we spoke to the company's agent at our house and told him twice how we wanted 2 colors in the livingroom, he said OK but didn't write it down. So when the painters came they had to wait for clarification and an extra $100 was added to the bill.

They completed the job in one day and it was beautifully done. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional in all my dealings with them.
