We had an emergency service call placed on a Thursday night to repair the well pump and the technician was at my door at 7:10 a.m. the next morning. He was very polite, punctual and knowledgeable of the repairs needed.

i originally hired him to come over to see why my cold water wasnt very cold coming out of the faucets but guess i was to spoiled from being from cold wisconsin so the guy told me that it was normal due to being in hot florida so i was impressed that he wasnt out to rob me out of my money he was very up front honest etc. so if and when i need an emergency i know who i am going to hire

We discovered a pin hole leak in a pipe in the bathroom wall on the 4th of July. It had probably been leaking for a couple days. I had no idea if I could get anyone to respond to our emergency on the Holiday, but when I entered my info into Home Advisor's web site I had a response from 2 companies within 10 minutes!. Next Plumbing called me and Don was at our house within the hour. We were able to work together to resolve a complicated water turn off issue. I would have rated higher but I thought $279 was a little high for a company that claimed not to charge extra for working on a Holiday.

What began as a fairly small job became a very big one. This team eventually did a remodel job on my 2nd bathroom and they did it in a professional manner. Highly recommend.

They installed the wrong faucet, even though I gave the installer the model number, and then did not follow up with me to work out a compromise, even though I called several times. T them it was more advantageous to ignore me, and not treat me like a client would like to be treated.

The plumber happened to be from the same state I previously lived in prior to moving to Florida.mwe talked about old times and established a relationship which made me comfortable before installing water heater, which allowed a sense of trust in the work performed.

Came when announced and only charged for the difficult jobs. Actually did a couple of things at no cost
