Not at all .I would not recommend them at all. I called and ask for them to come look at stuff that is going on and they won't call or show up

Great customer service and timely

We smelled something awful inside on a Sunday. I put a request out via Angi for mold testing. John at Mr. Dry called us back Sunday night, was here on Monday to test the walls and the air. We had our report back Wednesday am. (fortunately it was negative). He was concerned for us as it was in a bedroom. We appreciated his concern, and his prompt attention to our situation.

Mike is very experienced and professional. We are recovering from storm surge in our home and this testing is a important step in the process. We are very confident in Mikes knowledge and assessment.

In January of 2022, we experienced water infiltrating our residence due to severe storms. The event created a need for mold remediation and restoration of our master bedroom and bathroom. As an architect, we approached the selection of a firm via a request for proposal. We short-listed three firms and carried on conversations with them. Mr. Dry Services far exceeded our expectations. My fiance stressed the fact that Mr. Dry had been in business for 21 years. Upon their selection, they provided us with a team of professionals that had the required expertise and experience to complete our project. More importantly, they possessed people skills and were always courteous. Key management personnel, Tony and Bill, created an initial evaluation of our needs and prepared estimates that were negotiated and approved by our insurance company... a major concern that became a relief. During the initiation, as well as the duration of the project, Bill was always available by phone or in-person to answer our questions and prepare us for what to expect. We never encountered any surprises during the process. Jacob, the on-site leader, was very knowledgeable and friendly. His team comprised of Carlos, Corey, and Andres possessed the same attributes. After the work for the day was complete...they always asked us if we wished them to vacuum the pathways they utilized. To all readers of this review, this is not a common occurrence during a home remodeling and restoration project. The final restoration is a sight to see and enjoy. We are now...two happy campers, who have been sleeping in our living room and are currently returning to our bedroom. The website only permits me to give five stars...Mr. Drys was a ten-star performance. Why go anywhere else for your remediation, restoration, and remodeling needs...call Mr. Dry and ask for Tony and Bill. We are beginning to plan our next project with them.

Excellent service! Mr. Dry Services did the complete job. They came to inspect for the cause of mold spores, They found the source and called me to notify my insurance, They were there with the inspector to verify the cause, They sent a proposal to my insurance company, The insurance company accepted their proposal, They did ALL the work completely with NO problems, They retested to show the mold was gone. Overall a great job with little hassle. I am very, very satisfied with the quick solution of this troublesome mold problem.

Family business.

Mike has gone above and beyond to help me at no charge. The apartment I was renting from Advenir at Aventine grossly neglected my maintenance issues pertaining to water leaks. The hallway leak and bathroom have been ongoing for several years. The roof leak which occurred of my knowledge in May, June and September produced visible mold. I contacted Mike at Mr. Dry since management has neglected all my request and said it was dirt. Mike conducted mold and air quality tests. Results layman terms Black mold air quality-high levels in Apartment. My health has been affected, had to find new living arrangements. He offered to do project remediation, they denied. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, also came back as manager tried to harrass and bully me so maintenance could try and perform repair.

Mike, the owner, came out to my job with a few of his people, reviewed my situation, and made the exact recommendations I suggested to the owner to remove a mold condition and make all repairs to our satisfaction. Mike spoke to the owner and assured them that the work would be done in a professional matter and also offered to handle the reporting and expenses through their Insurance Company. The work went just as planned with no interruptions. His people were very clean, courteous, and very professional. Communication with Mike was a pleasure and very helpful throughout the job. I was very pleased with the completed work and the owner was very happy to deal with a very responsible and honest businessman.

Working with a potential black mold situation required quick reaction on my part to mitigate the problem but I was working with a slow HOA that appears to be in no hurry. Also the HOA position is normally to claim jurisdiction of a problem on the exterior of the unit leaving the resident, me, to clean up the interior which was a result of the exterior damage. Legal action might be required.

Dry Services came out the same morning as my call and my air conditioner wouldn't work and they agreed to come back the next day without extra charge. They sent the samples for mold taken to a professional lab in Fort Lauderdale and I received today a full report A very professionalcompany thanks Home Advisor and dry services Rob

So happy I found Mr. Dry Services. Mike and his team obviously strive for the best results for everyone involved. They got me so much for than the insurance was originally allowing for! The work was beautiful.

He did my ceiling and it was the only thing he did well. Everything else was awful. The kitchen tile floor is terrible. They broke stuff at my home. The carport roof is already cracked where he put a board. He cut the strip on my new refrigerator. The sink faucet is not working right because he opened the valve.
