Perfect repair. With their talent they were able to save the cost under the insurance payment amount so I didn't have to pay my $500 deductible. Have had many repairs in my 40 years of driving. Mikes performed the best work I have ever had

I called and told them I had had an accident. They are USAA  5 star certified providers. I took the car in, left it. They sent an estimate to my insurance who sent them a check the next day! It was over the 4th of July so car was ready the Wed after the holiday. They even fixed a small dent in the passenger door. They go above and beyond to fix your auto! I have had various cars into them for over 10 years. They are accurate, fast, consistent and do quality work! Amazing people!

The repair is flawless and warranted for the life of my ownership. Although the accident damage to the tailgate was small they repaired a couple of small dents they were not required to. The truck was delivered on time, the exterior washed and the interior not only vacummed but cleaned. When is the last time a business has performed above and beyond their responsibility? I cannot complement or recommend them enough.

They were very professional and had things pretty well organized. In this case, the person who hit me paid outside of insurance so the company worked with him to reduce the cost as per estimate. They had to wait for a part and so it took a little longer to get my car back. The company absorbed the cost of the rental car for the extra 2 days. I couldn't ask for better or more professional service.

My wife backed into a pole and damaged the rear bumper,taillight and left rear quarter paneI and subframe of her Towncar. I have some paint and bodywork experience and wanted to do a portion of the repairs myself but lacked the equipment to properly pull the subframe. Their excellent work allowed me to complete the repair with next to no effort. In addition to the quoted work on the subframe, they installed my self repaired bumper and aftermarket taillight (which I had removed) and cleaned the paint residue (from the pole) from the quarter panel without additional charge. Most shops I contacted would not allow me to do any of the repairs myself, or always added a caveat to the quote that and quot;There may be additional charges once we start the workand quot;. Not so at Mikes....they quoted the job and held to the quote even with the additional work as stated above. All for a total cost that was 26% cheaper than the nearest competitor. Based on my wifes driving history I will be seeing the folks at Mikes again sometime in the not too distant future.

They were terrific. They were very good to deal with. They picked us up and took us home. The quality was terrific. In anything we needed, they took care of it. We couldn't say enough. We were very happy with them.

I brought them the valance off the car and they repaired and repainted it in less than 1 week. Very honest straight forward group. No surprises. I would do business with them again no hesitation. Price was very fair for the work done.
