These guys are awesome! From the initial meeting that my husband had and selected the pavers (excellent recommendation!) to the final product was ALL top notch. These guys worked SO HARD and made sure everything was perfect. We just stood and stared in amazement when they were putting the pavers down. I cannot recommend this company enough. We have strangers stop at our driveway and say how beautiful it is. The pictures show before, during, and after. We had a concrete driveway that was stained and broken. Master Z took care of everything - the permitting, scheduling, etc. Thank you, Master Z Pavers!

Absolute nightmare. Had a terrible time getting hold of them after i paid the 3500 dollar deposit. owner said they would start June 6th finally showed up June 11th. Did a half day of work and even though i told them not to, they drive through my lawn and got stuck. I had to get a truck to pull them out. While they where here instead of scoring the tile at the pool line they just began to jack hammer it off leaving damage to the plaster. I mentioned to the worker that we where not replacing the plaster, He said sorry I didn't know. He Called Jose and said they would cover it up with a larger coping. Ok I said . He then stated they where coming on Tuesday with the pavers .Tuesday morning I called to see what time they where coming. Ha said it would not be in the morning but would be there in the afternoon. Said he would call me when on their way . 6 pm I call to see what happened he said they weren't coming. I told him I didn't appreciate wasting a day. Told him in wasn't very professional to leave a customer waiting all day and that he could have called. I told him that he needed to do better because so far with the no show and the miscommunication this wasn't going well. He then said he wasn't going to do the job left a huge mess and now I have to find someone to fix his nightmare. Stay away from these people. See pictures attached

We just completed a new pavers patio with a wall, columns and steps leading up to the pool cage. The entire project was challenging due to the steep grade of our backyard and had to be done by hand. The final product turned out just Amazing! Jose and his crew of very hard working individuals did an incredible job, better that what we envision. If you need a paved patio project all you need to do is contact Master Z. The intricacy of their work is truly a masterful product!!! Thank you so much for all you did at our home in Cape Coral. They were very responsive and submitted an estimate. Unfortunately the estimate was significantly higher than other estimates received, so did not hire them.

The job went perfectly! Jose was a pleasure to work. He and his team are extremely professional, reliable and prompt. They did a beautiful job! I am extremely pleased and highly recommend them.

We initially learned about Master Z from watching them install a new driveway on the street by our house. Our friends also observed them and hired them to do their driveway/lanai. We were so amazed with the results of both of those jobs that we hired them to do our work and we are so glad we did. The pavers both on the driveway and the lanai/pool area are spectacular, beyond anything we could have imagined. We visited the owner, Jose, at his shop when we were beginning the project. They have a large display of pavers outside with smaller displays, such as the border you would find around the pool, inside. This allowed us to see what our final project would look like with the pavers we chose. Jose made two recommendations that we accepted and they made a huge difference. One was a 3 ft walkway that extends from the driveway back to the door on the side of the garage. The other is an edge around the palm tree by the front door on the other side of the garage. We can't say enough about how impressed we were with the company. Jose came by frequently to check on the work, and on a few occasions, he did work himself. He has an amazing team of employees, all highly professional. They were skilled craftsmen as well as very hard workers. Each one knew what there job was and they stayed focused to get it done. The rainy season started early so there were many days that the men worked during rain and very hot weather. Other parts of the project had to be put on hold because of the rain. But as soon as the weather cooperated they were right back on the job. In addition to installing the pavers, they removed stones, concrete blocks, bushes, etc. that lined the old driveway and took it all away. We put sod down and the final appearance is a beautifully landscaped driveway. We had to leave town before the grass dried enough to install the culvert pipes. But we left enough sod to cover the culverts and the guys put that down for us when they finished the installation. The lanai also looks amazing. The special cut pavers around the edge of the pool are beautiful. They installed a "deco" drain that matches the color in the pavers. The landings at the two entrances to the lanai, and the walkway from the lanai down to the dock all turned out perfectly. The pavers for both the lanai and the driveway are three different sizes which results in a very appealing design. In summary, we highly recommend Master Z Pavers. We are incredibly pleased with all aspects of the work, including the quality of the work, the responsiveness of the owner and the office staff, and the price.

They did a wonderful job and worked very hard. They were late starting the job based on the original schedule, but once the work started they were punctual and worked very hard. The foreman, Watson, is a very, very good craftsman and manager.

We are so pleased with the walkway to our dock. It was a rather steep grade and now it’s not only functional and safe, it’s beautiful! Master Z’s design and quality of construction far exceeded our expectations.

Jose responded quickly to our call. He did a fantastic job and was very helpful in advising us on paver selection and placement. The patio is beautiful. We would definitely hire Master Z's again.

The excellent ratings of Jose and his crew by other Angielist members are really true.\ We are perfectionists and Jose did an outstanding job. On a couple of minor issues where we had questions, Jose responded quickly and took care of everything to our complete satisfaction. If his workers are busy doing other tasks, he will pitch right in and do any necessary work himself. Diana who handles all the telephone contacts is polite and professional. Will definitely use them again.

They were very professional, crew was masterful in cutting and fitting pavers. They did a good job of cleaning up after job was completed. Jose came back after sealer was cured to move furniture and potted plants back for us.

Excellent work. Jose provided a competitive estimate on his initial visit. The work progressed without delay and I was always kept informed of next steps. The workers took pride in their product. I was so pleased that I decided to have travertine added to my lanai deck.

Jose came promptly to our site to scope the job and provide an estimate. Our scope was somewhat vague and Jose used his experience to help us refine the design. His crew of 7 was able to complete the project in one long, 10 hour day. It surpassed our expectations and the workers were all thoroughly pleasant and professional. The teamwork was a delight to watch.

Went very well. Told me up front when the pavers would be delivered and when they would start. The only glitch was the retaining wall blocks were late being delivered by a few days. As soon as they came in Jose and his crew were there.
