This repair work did not turn as I expected. I now need someone to REPAIR the repairs! They cut the rug where the carpet meets the tile and just left it there - no tack strip, no glue, nothing to secure the carpet down. Areas where they did in fact glue the carpet down, it looks like a 2 year old did it with construction paste. AND to add insult to injury, one area they just cut a piece of runner to cover a hole in the run and just plopped it in, NO GLUE - NOTHING. They were suppose to stretch the rug - which they did - and now I have ripples in the rug because they did not re-align the seam to compensate for the stretching.
