We called the service on one day and they came out the next day as we requested. TJ was the guy who showed up to ReKey 4 locks on a house we just purchased. He was very nice. Very efficient and professional. Could not have asked for a better company. Would definitely use them again.

Called Lee Lock and Key because of the great reviews on Angie's List and could not be happier that we did! TJ was the tech that came out and he made all locks fit to one key so we did not have to have several different keys. He even helped us change the code on one lock on the home. They offer other services as well. Very professional. Would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone looking for a locksmith. I even had a problem with one lock after they were changed (no fault of theirs) and they came out immediately to help me - TJ was back at my home within 40 minutes of my call. THEY ARE AWESOME!!

From the moment I called to inquire about a free estimate, to five minutes ago when the service professional left, I couldn't have been more thrilled with Lee Lock & Key. They arrived when they said they would for the estimate, and the quote was within 20 cents of the estimate.  I considered going and buying the locks and trying to install myself, I even priced them at Lowe's, and for basically $50 more I was able to avoid the headache and have them professionally installed.

Today, I did get a call that the technician was running a half hour late...what a joy to not just be left hanging, like happens so many times here in southwest Florida. He was in and out in no time and I now have three locking closets and the piece of mind that all will be well when I rent my property.

I will most definitely use Lee Lock & Key again if the need arises, and highly recommend them.

The service was outstanding!  I am new to the area and just purchased a new home.  I needed to have the locks re-keyed on 3 entrances and was concerned about security of the house due to the sliding glass doors.  I sent an email to this provider and was immediately contacted.  We discussed my needs and an appointment was scheduled.  TJ was excellent!  He was punctual and professional. He came to the house, and looked at the door locks.  He originally believed that I would need to separate keys for the three doors due to the type of lock but was able to get all doors to keyed to one key.  I then discussed my concerns about other needed locks.  He had an excellent solution and these areas were also addressed.  I would highly recommend this company!!  The service was superb!

Was wonderful from initial contact on angies list that was responded to quickly, to locksmith arriving on time, working diligently and explaining and answering all my questions.  He even explained what we could do to maintain locks in good working condition and showed me where some locks weren't installed well.  I was so appreciative of him helping me to understand better.
Felt that price was reasonable for amount of work.  Highly recommend.

The locksmith was punctual and efficient.  He installed the deadbolts quickly and cleaned up the sawdust from coring out the door completely.  I will certainly be calling on Lee's again when I need a locksmith in the future.

I just bought an old house.  Obviously, when you buy a house, you get it rekeyed-it only makes sense.  One of the door locks was completely shot.  The locksmith completely repaired the locks and rekeyed them.  It took about 2 hours but it was worth it.  He was professional, caring, and efficient.

Lee Lock and Key contacted me the day after I requested service from Angie's List.  It took me a week to return their call, but when I did, they offered to come the same day.  I had a conflict, and they agreed to be here the next day at 10 AM.  My locks were rekeyed at the time promised.  The person who did the service was punctual, pleasant, and very professional.  I will use this service again, should the need arise.  He indicated that if I actually wanted the locks totally replaced, he would do so without the usual charge to walk in the door, since this was already paid with the rekeying appointment.  I don't know that this will be necessary.  I am pleased with the service provided.

He arrived on time, did temporary fix, ordered parts, came back and fixed the door completely. Prior to his first visit door handle was non-operational his temporary fix enabled us to use the door while he ordered the parts needed. Not only was he WONDERFUL but so has is staff! HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

Had called another company before joining Angie's List, they did not seem like it was worth their time to come out, so we put the project off. Called Lee Lock & Key, very nice on the phone, had a few question they asked about the handle etc. which I did not have answers for, they told me not a problem. They came out the same day, had to order it as it was old, told me it would take probably 5 days to get it, day 5 they called, said it was in, came over that day and installed it. Great service, would definitely use them again

I contacted Lee Lock and Key because of the reviews on Angie's List. They came out immediately and repaired my locks while I waited for a new Kwikset Kevo smart lock. The Bluetooth is built into the lock and is compatible with my iPhone. If my phone is in my purse or pocket I just have touch the lock to unlock or lock my door. It keeps a history of who locks or unlocks it and when. You can send e-keys to people you want to allow to access your home. Rich and TJ came right on time to install it for me. They repaired my door jam where the builder had done shoddy work and worked quite a while to install the lock and program the fob (for anyone without an iPhone) plus they helped me program my phone. Jacob also spent time with me on the phone and in emails prior to my purchase explaining the new system. Since the Kevo is so new to the market they gave me the option of ordering it myself. I ordered it from Amazon and received it in two days.

Having reviewed a neighborhood newsletter in the house we moved into three weeks ago, we noted with concern the number of burglaries reported. While we have a security system we realized there were numerous opportunities for improvements in our house. We called Rick of Lee's Lock and Key to describe our interest in his review of our situation. He came over within two hours. My husband showed him the doors we had concerns with and he made a few suggestions. He installed sliding glass door locks on three sliders. These are drilled into the side and have top and bottom rods sliding into a center slot so no one can jiggle or lift the slider out. He adjusted a garage mandoor so the existing deadbolt fit properly. Two French doors needed adjustment so the top and bottom pegs fit securely into place. What was amazing was that it was clear one door had never secured properly from the time it was installed. Rick showed us how each door worked and how it SHOULD have worked. Most of the deadbolts previously in operation were not deep enough. He showed us how a butter knife could be easily slipped between the lock and the door jam to push the deadbolt open. He spent about six hours drilling, adjusting and installing several locks. I will mention that we asked him to add several locks throughout the house,which he did, but he also worked with existing mechanisms instead of replacing ones that were still functional. My husband and I were very happy with the results and feel as though every penny spent was well worth it. Rick was personable and took evident pride in his work. One of our sliders did not have the space he needed to attach a piece of the lock. He crafted a separate piece that he mounted in the door jam. His work was professional in appearance and it was obvious he enjoyed his work. He explained everything he did along the way so we felt comfortable with his work. He cleaned up after himself so I did not have to follow behind him. I will definitely call on him again when and if the need arises.

Unlike so many repairmen I've dealt with, Rich was genuinely open, friendly, and caring.  He said, "Don't worry, I'll take good care of you!"  And he did just that.  Whistling while he worked, he quickly assessed the situation and said, smiling, "You don't need a new lock.  I can just reset and repair this one."  That alone scored points with me because he didn't try to swindle me by insisting I needed a new lock. He completed the job in a swift and professional manner at an affordable price. (It didn't hurt that I got a $10 discount for being an Angie's List member!)
It's a no-brainer that I will recommend Lee Lock & Key to my friends and would definitely use them again (but i hope I don't have to!!!)  Wink.
