Every day, our technicians expertly repair more than 300 appliances, helping customers get back to comfort quickly and reliably. Home-Tech is an employee owned company and therefore each employee owner is vested and very interested in doing a great job for our customers. Service Agreement pricing is based on the ages of the appliances and air conditioning in the home. As the equipment ages, the pricing does increase. We do offer our customers the option to lock in their rate for 4 years and many choose to do so."
