Isaac did an outstanding job above and beyond and left the place immaculate

I tried for months to resolve the issues with their work to no avail. They failed to honor their warranty after multiple requests to fix their work. They claim they are honest and do good work- they are neither. Bathroom floor sloped incorrectly now floods, waterfall kitchen island 3inch off from end to end-crooked, LVP flooring coming up everywhere and they come to fix and sayâ you just donâ t like the floorsâ and then glue them with gorilla glue. Drywall tape is showing. Microwave installed came off the wall. These are just a few items. They will say you are nasty and ruined their workâ ¦ not true. To fix their work over 60k. When you claim you are honest then honor the warranty and fix your work. Please stay away. Read other reviews on Google and BBB.

A TOTAL DISASTER! I had the worst experience of my entire life with these characters. Totally dishonest, unreliable and the worst job imaginable. Stephen King could not write a horror story like I experienced with Gemini. They had to come back 4 different times to do the painting - and that was the easy part! 4 different crews each time and NO drop cloths. Left my carpeting stained and it took me hours to clean up paint off tile floors. Insofar as kitchen, had to be completely rebuilt and I now have to hire another company to redo their work. Cabinet door fell off. Cabinets not hung on studs. Hardware crooked and cabinets not installed on the level. Granite not measured correctly and does not fit cabinetry (and this was done twice!) Another contractor identified that electrical was not properly installed and was a fire just waiting to happen! Gemini used my garage as their personal company garbage and storage facility for months and then denied it, despite the photographs I have proving it. I had to start audio-taping my conversations with their team leader. I needed proof of his promises (which were never honored!) Gemini wanted full payment BEFORE they even completed job (and Contract even stated payment on completion of job)! When I refused they threw a Lien on my property and they never answered my calls or emails to get the work complete! Had to get lawyers involved to get them to complete the work. Some of my personal property was missing as well and they denied that, but lawyers made them financially settle up for the value of the missing goods. I had to settle for the work they did just to get them out of my home! Took over 1 year....they promised at outset it would take 1 month. The absolute worst company I have dealt with in my entire life. Their President would not return any of my communications to get this resolved, which I found to be very cowardly and unprofessional. I learned, after the fact, that Vasquez positioned himself as a kitchen design/builder and even went so far as to show me pictures of kitchens he claimed he designed; built....turns out it was from another company and he was representing himself as though he was responsible. I have the pictures to prove it - do not hesitate to reach out to me for photos and any additional questions.

I was very impressed with the through and professional work done by the Gemini crew. They arrived on schedule and on time, worked carefully yet efficiently and produced a fine finished product. In addition to the painting of the exterior, they painted four rooms and ceilings of the interior. They also performed repairs to damaged walls and ceilings inside. Best of all the pricing was competitive and fair. I would enthusiastically recommend them for all of your painting and repair needs.
