Came when scheduled and did a good job.

Excellent. The service tech arrived exactly at the agreed time. He replaced both torsion springs and adjusted, lubricated and inspected the door. All completed in less than 30 minutes. Door works like new. Would use again.

Within 1 hour my door worked like it was new.

It was great. It was all good. They met my expectations. They did what they said they were going to do. We went to their showroom and talked to someone there and picked out a garage door. They came the day and the time that they said they were going to. They installed it when they said they were going to. Everything looks perfectly. There was no surprise on the price so pretty much went smoothly. It’s probably not the best price out there but it’s around what I expected.

I was pleasantly amazed on how Roy north tried to help me trouble shoot the problem via the phone in an attempt to avoid an uneccessary visit and service charge. Once it was determined that service was needed the technician gave us a detailed explanation on what he was doing and why. will do business again!!!

They showed up on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after they were done.

It was very good and he was saving to save me money. He did the best way possible and the cheapest way possible.

The owner came out measured the doors and explained all our different options. He picked out a very nice beige that went with the rest of the house color. About three weeks later Zach came out to install both doors and opener. He shored up the garage door frame for hurricane code. Installation went perfect. They also threw in an extra garage door opener that operated both doors.. He clean up nicely after finishing the install. The owner called up that night to make sure all was done correctly.

Techs came when they said, removed all old hardware, installed new operator and door and showed us how to maintain it.

When the garage door's main spring broke mid-morning, we called for help esplaining we needed to get the door open and get one of our vehicles to an appointment later in the day. The door would not open even when pulling the manual cord. Not only did these folks respond by 4 p.m. to open the garage door (and return the next day to replace the spring), but Darrin extended his workday by replacing both sides of the main spring and serviced the door with a 6-point check. We have used this provider in the past and will definitely call them should we need service in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Spoke to Kim(the service manager) earlier this week. Had been using another company but they never returned my phone call. Kim was very professional and helpful so I set an appointment. The technician was on time, very professional and diligent. You have a customer for life.

I called on Monday and made an appoint for Wednesday. Wednesday morning they called to give me the time slot that he would arrive. He came well within that time slot and proceeded to check out the door. After about 20 minutes, he said he tightened some bolts, oiled the unit, and adjusted the sensors. My garage door now functions as new. I definitely will hire them again if needed.

Very professional all around, from bid to installation. Even helped to actuate remote they didn't provide. Excellent crew and firm, would be happy to recommend.

Mr. North came to our home on the day and the time that he said he will come and provided us with an estimate to replace a broken garage door and also a broken garage door opener. He was courteous, professional, and explained everything in detail. After getting a couple of estimates we decided to go with this company. We called Mr. North and set it up. We received a call to confirm the installation, but we had to change it due to our remodeling project. They were very accommodating and came on a later date. The technicians were very professional and friendly and did a great job. Even the inspector was impressed. Josh the technician called us to advise us on the dates the inspector was available and asked us for what date would be suitable for us. The whole process was painless and a breeze. Everyone answer all questions in a professional and friendly manner. We are totaling remodeling our new home and this is one of the few companies that we are giving an A+ and a WOW!.

The day my garage door opener ceased working, I contacted Roy North Garage Doors and explained my dilemma. I talked to a very professional sales associate, Carol, who helped me trouble shoot and isolate the problem. We then discussed what would be required for me to repair the overhead unit. The next day I visited RNGD, talked to Carol, and picked up the necessary repair parts. Her diagnosis and repair instructions were right on the money. My garage door opener is working good as new again. Thanks Carol and RNGD.

I would use them again as they are the ones who installed the garage doors. They did a fine job with the maintenance.

Called Friday morning to get someone to come fix our garage door which had broken the night before. The receptionist was very professional but told us they couldn't get someone out to us until the following week. She did transfer us to the repairman ( I wish I remembered his name to give him proper credit). He told us he couldn't do it that day but got on the phone with my husband and talked him through a few steps and checks to help determine the cause of the problem and see if it was something my husband could do himself. He was very, very nice and patient despite the fact they would not be doing the job. I would definitely call them back in the future and recommend them highly.
