I was having problems with my gas cap light coming on all the time and they were able to repair that. There was also a squeaking sound coming from under the hood, and the check engine light kept coming on. They were able to diagnose and fix that problem as well. They were very professional and speedy, and were able to get me a rental car very quickly as well. They even gave me a discount on the price that they originally quoted me. I drove the car all the way from Florida to Illinois afterwards, and had no problems whatsoever.

They are professional, and they get the job done the first time.There is no mechanic inexpensive, and I found that the price was competitive to a little higher, but the end result was worth it.

what they did do was satisfactory, but my issue was the oil smell and they did not fix it.

They were extremely professional. I received a call confirming my service the day I entered the reservation on the internet. They called the day before to confirm my service date. My car was ready ahead of schedule. The service manager went out of his way to show me the replaced hose and belt.

I had accidentally started to drive over a parking cement block. When I noticed this I started to back up and it began to pull my front rubber skirt off of my car. It almost completely tore it off of my car. I tied it up with a wire and that lasted all of a week or so but looked horrible. I kept scrapping everytime I would park. I took it into to them and I figured it would be there forever and that they would have to order another one and that it would cost a fortune. Well, no more than 30 minutes later they pulled my car around and I thought and quot;ok, brace yourself. It is going to be costly.and quot; They told me it was fixed. I was surprised. The best part is they fixed it for nothing. They fast, efficient, friendly and best of all FREE. How often does that happan?

While the vehicle was being worked on there was a shuttle to take me to a local restaurant, shopping, etc. When finished they picked me up and took me back to my car.
There was an issue with a sensor when we left the garage which was resolved at no charge when we returned.
Very professional staff and atmosphere in the whole establishment.

Our car was making a tweet noise indicating that the cam positioner was bad and also the brakes were squealing. We made an appointment with Galloway Ford service and took the car in on time and it was repaired and ready to go at the time they promised. The car is running much better now.

I WENT TO BUY TIRES IN AN ADD AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE OUT OF THAT TIRE BUT COULD GIVE ME A BETTER TIRE AT THE SAME PRICE INSTEAD THEY SOLD INFERIOR TIRES THAT PUT ME IN DANGER

The experience has been 100 percent. Their prices are quite competitive. Their responsiveness is more than I would expect from any auto mechanic shop. The work was done perfectly.

They replaced my antenna. They did the work the same day that we took it in. I did like all of they people there. They were real nice and helpful.

Went in with complaint about wheel bearing noise. They diagnosed left front problem, and replaced that hub. Did not solve the noise problem, so I returned. They decided it must be right front, so they swapped hubs. That solved the problem, and I am happy with the result. However, they charged $97.00 to swap the hubs. Seemed unfair, since extra labor was caused by their mis-diagnosis. I wrote the service manager, got no response. Not happy with that policy, but happy with the service.In their defense: 1) they could have charged me for a new hub for the right front, rather than suggesting a swap; 2) their overall price was very competitive with price quoted by an independent shop

HONEST HONEST dealer.Hooked up with service consultant Mike Smith. They could have taken advntage of my lack of knowledge in regards to autos. They "fixed" my ac by turning on the recurulate switch. I had expected to pay at least a hundred dollars for testing and repair.Repair on the wipers also no charge didn't realize the car I had just purchased had auto wipers.Sounds dumb buy they could have scammd me but didn't even try. Have been there several times under extended warranty repairs and they do go the extra mile looking out for the customer.I highly recommend this company

They are pretty much top of the line. We have a service contract and they are on top of it. They are very professional and on time. They are quick and have been easy to work with. They will call you before they do any work and then call again when your car is ready. Price wise they are high, but their customer service is good.

They are very professional and courteous here. There is no need to make an appointment, I can just walk in and they will see me right away. They have a nice and comfortable lounge and they provide a nice overall experience.
