The staff was on time and professional, kept me informed of a problem he found and went ahead fixed it for us. Would recommend this company.

One guy did the whole job start to finish while the other guy sat in the truck the entire time. No one came into the house. He dug holes in the lawn to find the opening to the tank, and then hooked a hose to his truck. The pumping went fine. After the tank was pumped, the technician told us we had a drain in the tank that wasn't draining efficiently. He told us we needed to call someone to fix that since they didn't provide that service. (They advertise that they take care of all problems relating to the septic. Specifically on Angie's List, they say: "If it flows out of your home, we can fix it." And: "We offer inspection services, repair services and maintenance." ) We are completely unclear as to what drain he was talking about and what was blocking it. He gave us a receipt that has about a dozen boxes on it that name various parts of the system so that the technician can place a checkmark by them to indicate where there are still problems - and he left every one of them blank. The only things on the receipt were our address and the fee paid. We sent the company an email to try to find out if we should be calling a plumber or a more full-service septic company and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond. So now it looks like we're going to have to pay probably a hundred bucks for a service call just to re-diagnose the problem and then another who knows how much to fix it. That's assuming we hire the right kind of company first; otherwise it'll be double the service call charge. We didn't expect this company to fix the problem without charging an extra fee, but they shouldn't have left us with a problem they never attempted to fix, considering their lavish claims. This is NOT a full-service septic company and the workers seem to be very unprofessional. One has to wonder if maybe they could reduce the amount charged for pumping by employing one worker instead of two, since the second never lifted a finger. We've had septic systems pumped for 25 years in another state and never once needed more than one worker show up to do the job. Maybe they could train the second guy to clear drains. Or put him in the office to answer emails.

Mike showed up and immediately went to work. He quickly found the inspection lid and started pumping. He was very professional and answered all of my questions that I asked him and left my lawn just like it was before he started. I would highly recommend him and Crews Septic staff.

I was called ahead of time to remind me of our appointment and confirm the time. Mike arrived on time, introduced himself and let me know what would be done. Once the job was complete he returned all the material that was moved for the job. Mike was polite and professional and did a great job in a very unpleasant field. Thanks again for the great job.

Crews Septic Solutions was excellent to work with. My initial call was taken by a lady who gave me the price and available times. We made an appointment with a window time frame and said I would be contacted when they were about 30 minutes away. Crews called me about 30 minutes into the time frame specified and said they would be there in about 30 minutes. The truck was here right on time! A worker came to the door, announced they were here and would be starting work. The truck was very clean and new looking. The workers, 2 of them, were very courteous and professional, and answered all my questions completely. They located the tank (I did not know exactly where it was) and dug a hole to get to the lid and hit it perfectly! There wasn't an unnecessarily large hole, just enough to do the job. When done pumping, they filled in the hole and raked the area around it. They completed the task in 30-40 minutes total! I was very pleased and will call them the next time I need this service!

Crews Septic did a great job. Both sides of tank were fully emptied and the filter was thoroughly cleaned. I expect many trouble free, poop filled years ahead. Very happy.

OK, but I do feel after I did more research that the two men sent could have offered more advice on what to examine and to make sure all parts of the tank were working. I researched myself and discovered that I should make certain both in and out flows were working properly. I discovered the outflow was disconnected and all drainage did not go to the drain field. I fixed it myself as I would not trust Crews to be thorough.

I called Crews Septic and talked to Jim and he said he would go over and check the drain field. He called me back that afternoon and told me what the problem was and that I would need a new drain field. Jim said they could go down and get a permit or I could and that would tell them how big the drain field would need to be. He already knew and gave me a price for the project. We got the permit in 3 days and Jim started the following Monday and they were done with it by Wednesday. I could not be happier. He kept me informed and they kept the site clean.

The workers took pride in their work. Can't get over how fast they were. The price was not one penny more than they quoted. I tipped

Absolutely loved my experience with Crews after being taken advantage of by a few others in the field it was really great to have a company that was honest and did a great job. I only gave a b for price cause really folks who wants to pay that kinda thing lol really the price was in line with 90% of the industry so it really wasn't bad. I will definitely only use them in the future.

The crew was very professional and prompt and successfully completed the pump out. Additionally, our drain field was inspected and everything was explained in detail what would be required when we decide to have it replaced. We are extremely pleased with everyone from Crews Septic and highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

We need to replace our septic system and Crews is pumping the system out until arrangements can be made to get the work done. Very prompt and professional
