I did a complete remodel of the kitchen including moving electrical, moving the island and sink location which involved trenching the floor and installing new plumbing. The laundry room was converted into a Butler's Pantry and the laundry room was moved to the adjacent room which also involved trending the floor to move the plumbing. They were here overtime they said they would be. The entire process took about 2 months, but it was a huge job. They did everything they said they would do and then some. If there was something that I didn't like they fixed it immediately. They never asked for more than the agreed upon amount even when there was a miscommunication regarding tile and I picked a tile that was significantly more expensive than what they had allotted. The company agreed that they haven't explained the tile budget and they absorbed the cost without any problems or haggling. My kitchen is gorgeous and they stand behind their work 100%. I had an issue over a year later with the finish on 1 cabinet and they replaced it immediately. The quality of the workers at Cornerstone are top notch, and trust me in over 2 months you spend a lot of time with them. I can't say enough good things about this company and I will be using them in the future for bathroom remodel.

We  were shocked with high price of estimate.
The daily full page advertisements in the newspapers was a big negative.
The reviews for the company at Angie's list was another reason to look for a different provider.

This company was very prompt and we are very satisfied with the work.  The entire kitchen was done in one day.   They also guarantee their work for as long as you are in your home. They have a designated service person who will come to fix anything that needs attention.  We recently called to have a door bracket tightened and they were here within 24 hours.  When you call for an appointment or service, they are always courteous and helpful.  We are redoing our bathrooms next and will most likely use them for these jobs as well. 

The price quote was very high and lacked detail and specifics.

Cornerstone did not have the lowest estimate for the kitchen but they did have the best design ideas that incorporated what we wanted in our kitchen.  The first day of the job, the project manager came early, reviewed the plans and gave us his contact info in case of any questions or issues.  From the demolition to completion, they showed up when they said, did the work and cleaned up after themselves. All of the the guys working on the kitchen took great care and pride in their work.  They were very exacting in their standards and did an excellent job.  We love our new kitchen, it looks even better than we expected.

No internal communication. No on site project coordinator to work with you and physically check work, rushed through without always doing it right the first time. Do NOT assume they take the best approach to your remodel. Do your diligence! You want it to look good, but the final design may not be what you would have liked to see. Be sure if there is any discussion with the person measuring, you have them do a drawing and all sign off. That way there is no misunderstanding. If not, you may end up with an external design that looks good, but it is illogical when in use and fixing it will cost you a lot of money.

You usually think you pay for what you get, but not in this case, and in hind sight, we would have done something different.

Had some granite mishaps that created several trips and a more than usual mass of dust and dirt. Maybe a clean-up crew in these cases would be nice that goes beyond sweeping.

There were several other smaller construction issues that came up that we overlooked, but it was just too awful of an experience to not write a review.

Anyone ever hear of good customer service?


2-28-15. Came out today and redid our cabinet and drawer we had an issue with. Designer said we had to pay, we said we would not. She forwarded our email somewhere and without a return email we got a call from scheduling saying they were coming out with no change to our original contract price. So, communication still an issue, but at least our cabinet makes sense now. We had also just noticed a bank of cabinets with two screws holding on doors instead of four as should have been. Person today put in rest of screws.

WAY OVER PRICED, This company is way over their head with their pricing, I hired another company instead of this company, they want way more money than the job should be.

the sales staff was fantastic.  We took over six months to finally arrive at a design and the sales staff could not have been more patient.  Joe never got frustrated and constantly followed up with us every step of the way.  He walked us through every single step of the way.  During installation there was meticulous detail to every aspect from installation, electric and plumbing.  Not to mention that they kept the house protected from the traffic, dust, and dirt associated with job.  Customer service after the job was completed was and continues to be right on point.

Better than expected, I will always recommend them .

They were great. They were professional, on time and quick. It took them a day to come in and measure. They gave us an estimate, they took them a day to do the counter top and a day do to the backsplash. Their price was competitive and they stayed within the quote

The staff from Cornerstone were professional, punctual and very friendly.  They made sure we knew what they were doing and included us when ever there was a decision about the project. They worked hard and made sure everything was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of a kitchen or bathroom project.

Very happy with the work and the service. Installers showed up a little later than promised, but other than than the install couldn't have gone better. From the first day we walked into the showroom and spoke with Chris Faro, to his responding to our home to view and quote the job, he was very professional.
 Any question we had before, during, or after the install were immediately answered by Mr. Faro. He responded to our home the morning of the install to make sure the installers got started on time. Then came back to inspect the kitchen after completion, and although a few areas need some adjustments, Mr. Faro had a man at my home the very next day to take care of a few issues we had and would not leave until we were completely satisfied with the work. The install workers were very careful with the install and treated our home with respect.
Quality product, quality service, and quality employees!!!

We wanted to install granite countertops in our kitchen.  We went to their showroom in Fort Myers.  We waited for quite a while to speak with a representative, but unfortunately were ignored.  We left and used another provider to intall the countertops.

It went well and worked out fine.

Did a magnificent job.  Cabinets look amazing.  Expensive but worth every penny.  Far exceeded my expectations.  From start to finish I have absolutely no complaints.

They were very expensive and I didn't used them.  They were very professional.
