C MARK'S AUTO REPAIR

We found C. Mark's on a recommendation from a AAA tow truck driver a few years ago when my wife's Kia Soul bit the dust. The shop is located in the industrial park behind Galeana Kia et al on US41.  For that particular  time it was a fairly basic repair but they did so good we ended up bringing the aging Kia back the next week to have them check it over and let us know what was wrong. We gave them carte blanche to tell us whatever they wanted to essentially and their response was that everything looked pretty good to them.  They did a few basic things well and cheaply.  I specifically asked about the tires (C. Mark's sells tires) on her car as the vehicle is six years old but she has put only 20k miles on the tires.  Instead of trying to sell me tires they checked them out and said that if this car was just a "grocery getter" and/or back and forth  to work ride, they're probably not in bad shape at all and that they'd wait.  Honest guys.  We've been back for our oil changes and general service since then.  For a shop as busy as they are, the oil change was still very quick.  They have a great office staff (one of whom is a friendly pooch) and a nice waiting area.  We are moving across the bridge to North Fort Myers soon and we'll still bring our cars back over to C. Mark's.

These guys are great. They looked over my daughters pickup truck and gave us an estimate on the things that were broken. They are a busy shop so it took a couple of days, but we were in no hurry. We gave the OK and they did the repairs as promised, with the bill coming in right on target with the estimate. It is a very professional organization, and we will definitely use them again.

Professional, honest, and fair priced. Did not try to sell me any repairs despite rust they found in the undercarriage.

Office people were really helpful and courteous. Got me an appointment right away. Work was done in a short amount of time. Everything was explained to me and shown to me before work was done.

I was very satisfied. I spoke with them on April 10th about a tire repair. They said there was no charge if a plug could be used. they plugged the tire that day. Other shops were quoting $30 for the repair.

I returned the next day with a request for repair cost on a leaking differential. They diagnosed, quoted a repair price and offered to do it while there. Whole process was about 1 1/2 hours.

They are very good auto mechanics. It is a small garage. They do very good work. I would definitely use them again in the future.
