Bill Smith Appliances and Electronics customer service was good and I think their prices are a little high, but there aren't very many people that sell the higher end appliances in Naples, so you're kind of stuck if you want Wolf brand with Sub-Zero. When we were looking at television systems I could find televisions that were several hundred dollars less than what they had in stock, so again I think you pay a higher price there.

They are terrible; they treated me like garbage. They took eight to nine weeks trying to fix my TV; they contracted to another company to try and fix it. They never communicated with me. My TV was under warranty so I didn't have to pay anything. I will never use them again in the future.

When the TV was delivered we had trouble with the remote. I went to the store and they showed me how it works, when I got home it still was not working. I was able to return the TV and get a new one. They did not charge any extra fees for delivery or set up. They were very nice and I really appreciate their service.

Their prices are very comparable to other stores. Their service is excellent. They install, move furniture to get things installed, their delivery is great and it is part of their company. They will not use sub-contractors for this work.

Their installers were professional, easy to work with, and did a great job. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable and are happy with the advice he gave. We actually bought a different brand that what we were looking for based on salesperson advice.
