A company that avoids responsibilities after the work is done and paid for, they delay closing the deadlines when they remember to do it, SETH and Dave, Travis, Robert and Maryjane and every office with managers and administration that do not answer and leave the line unanswered, I do not recommend their work.

I signed up for a Protection and Care Plan ($144) in June 2022, I had an inspection appointment for Oct 5 2022 and they did not show or call, I called and rescheduled for Dec 1 2022 and they did not show or call. I have called twice for a refund once on Dec 2 2022 and again on Dec 9 2022 I was promised it would be taken care of both time and I have not received a call back or a refund. This is unacceptable and I will be taking them to small claims court asap.

Plumber had an attitude. Offered options totally unnecessary for an outrageous price. There people are crooks. Simple don’t even think of hiring them.

**WARNING** Our experience with Aztec Plumbing was very disappointing. We contracted them to replace the piping in our home; however, they included an expensive service which wasn’t necessary. When they arrived to do the work they were shorthanded which required them to come back on another day. They set a day, but then changed it to another, which caused us to be without our Kitchen sink and dishwasher for ELEVEN days. When they finally returned to finish the plumbing part of the work, the technicians realized we had been overcharged, but the company didn’t adjust the job amount. When we attempted to question this, the General Manager then charged the credit card we provided as a deposit for over $7,000 WITHOUT our authorization. Aztec then abandoned the job without repairing the walls, leaving holes throughout the house for months. Eventually, we had to hire a drywall contractor to do the repairs. We filed a regulatory complaint against Aztec, which has been forwarded for a decision to refer the matter for prosecution. This was Aztec’s response to our offer to resolve the matter. … this is an active investigation with the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation, we feel at this time that letting the investigative process play out is the best course of action given the serious nature of the below allegations. Aztec has done a lot of advertising for their services. This is the other side of the story.

Everything went great! Aztec came out the next day after I called. Ben replaced everything, and he had great customer service. He listened to all the problems that I had and offered me options to keep my water running in the house.

I called due to a vanity sink leak. Anthony gave me an estimate of 6.000. I just wanted the bathroom done, but i was scared into thinking it could leak somewhere else. I explained i wanted to pay cash in 2 weeks. But, Jeremy left me 4 nasty messages insisting i pay b4 the job was done! Jason, very rude broke 3 items under my sink. A blender, vase and a glass thermos. They never attached the shower pipe to the wall. Gave me the cheaper shower heads, the kind with a no way to adjust the water pressure, it just shuts on or off. They put the shut off valve behind the fridge, near the floor! Not back in the garage where it was in the first place. Three no show appts. Then, mysteriously my brand new toilet of 2 months leaked? Was told i needed a new base rim and floor bolts? What a chamber of horrors. I tried to leave f. Back on their site twice, the page kept jumping. Marc, the tile setter was the only professional kind worker. What a mess...

If there is 0 star, they deserved. Never use this company, call any other company . Aztec will charge you at least double the amount any other company charges. Repacing 1/2 hp badger garbage Disposal, charge was $534, a mino repair on toilet tank, charge with no parts was $256. Two weeks late, I had a exactly same jobs done in the other rental property by different company, charge for disposal was $ 285, rebuilt the MB toilet ank with parts was $179 I will tell everyone I know to not use them.

Their represented, Johnathin, inspected the old heater and he and both agreed that it had to be replaced. He told me the cost would be $500.00 to $600.00 and I told him OK. We had relatives at our house for dinner and were about to sit down to eat when he came in and said he had completed the work. He requested that I sign a form stating that he had complered the work, and another showing the cost. We were just sitting down to dinner and he had already quoted me for the work so I trusted him and signed a second form. Later in the evening I look at copies of both forms and saw that he had charged $3,870.00. I called them and asked for an itemized invoice and they refused.

They are professional, provided competitive pricing and did a great work. I have good experience with the service of the company.

With Aztec plumbing you can definitely count on getting screwed. Don’t do business with Aztec plumbing they will not try to save money they will find ways to overcharge you as much as they can. They are not customer oriented at all. For a $20.00 pressure switch and under an hour work came to $554.00 and they think it’s fine to screw you over.

Not well.......More than 4 hours to replace a small under bathroom sink valve, while telling us that our whole house piping had to be replaced and he would give us a discount. When told that an additional valve was required, the tech explained that it would cost more. We said, “no”. Apparently, after speaking with his boss, it would be included. What? . Wrong valve installed confirmed by other experts. .$456 dollars later......rip off. . This same company, just about a month ago, replaced our hot water heater. After paying immediately.....we received the bill thirty days later.......we had already paid. Owner had to get their own building permit. Well, The whole community development office was shocked.......Should anyone trust them? The answer is no.$456 dollars and eager to scan my debit card.....I was very disappointed. No.....more than disappointed.. Ever felt really cheated? We do. Two times is a sham. I owned a Property Management Company for thirty years and never, ever dealt with a company like this. Shameful...... then it took more than a week to hear from the “tech” or “salesman”. Don’t use them ever. Even re-pipe discount is not worth it, they are incompetent. Come on over, I’ll show you.

Lauren answered the call and was very helpful and courteous. We were able to arrange an appointment quickly. Norge arrived ahead of schedule, was super professional, efficient, and helpful. He knew exactly what to do, and gave us helpful advice on how to take care of our drain after the clog was cleared. We’d rather not spend over $300 on a clogged drain, but we definitely couldn’t fix this ourselves (the clog was 60 feet down the drain!) and Norge hooked us up with a discount to take the edge off. This is our second time using Aztec, and we’ll be calling them next time too.

I have a sewer gas smell coming from two toilets leading to a serious health risk. I feel I was scammed as a single woman. $1,575 for a scope and a jetting and the sewer smell is still there. I can't afford this due to covid related issues and trying to sell my house at the same time. Got taken advantage of at the worst possible time. The 1st tech was pleasant though...the 2nd tech that did the jetting commented on how my house was bigger than his house w a tinge of jelously or suprise I guess...not sure what was behind that. 5yr guarante in any backups after the jetting. No guarantee on fixing or find the issue. Make aure you read THE ENTIRE invoice you are signing as they sign 2 of the 3 statements on your behalf which states that you won't dispuse thw charge with your bank. Sneaky.

Didn’t go. The quote on the service was more than twice the bid i subsequently received from another company. Way, way too expensive!

They showed up quickly and tech was professional. The tech was at my house a total of 15 minutes and they charge was $295 and he had the nerve to tell me I was getting a $25 discount for being a first time customer. If I had time to check, every plumber I called to describe what the service was quoted was at least half of the price. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY BRAG ABOUT HAVING SALARIED AND BENEFITED EMPLOYEES, BUT THEY ARE CHARGING OUTRAGEOUS PRICES. STAY AWAY. THESE GUYS SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS THEIR ARE PLENTY OF PEOPLE WHO FEEL THE SAME WAY.

Terrible. The tech cleaned the drain but broke a driveway paver. Aztec would not help. We had a new paver so all they needed to do was get it cut. They lied and said it was caused by leaves. The camera guy came and said they needed to dig up the driveway to get to the pipe for $1400. If they can’t fix one paver they would certainly damage the driveway and leave us with the mess. Worked with another company and they fixed it for $375. Never use or recommend Aztec to anyone. TERRIBLE!!!

Technician Jon was professional and attentive. This is an “elective” update that does not warrant the price quoted. I will not complete the project at this time.

The tech arrived and estimated that it would cost $685 to replace the disposal. I know nothing about plumbing equipment, so I agreed. The job took about 30 minutes. After talking to some of my neighbors, I realized I was cheated. I contacted the company to ask for a breakdown of the bill and this is the explanation I was given: "Unfortunately, Aztec does not breakdown our costs. We price by the total task, which includes all parts and labor. All parts and labor have a one year warranty. The technician goes over the estimate prior to performing any work associated with the repair." From the initial estimate by Matt and Archie, to the installation crew of Shane, Tim, Brian and Jonathan, to the drywall finisher Antonio, I could not be more pleased. They were all efficient, professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Though a big, messy and costly job, they left my house clean and I am confident in the quality of their work and feel it was worth the money. I highly recommend Aztec Plumbing.

I have been using Aztec for the past few years and have never been disappointed. My tech Nick is a true professional and always prompt and polite. The office will call and let me know when he is on his way. Today my gabage disposal died, Nick was able to come today, gave me options of styles to purchase and I selected the stainless steel unit. It was more expensive, but will last longer than the others. He also replaced a pipe under the sink. This is a company that doesn’t charge an exhorbitant amount of nonrefundable money to come out to view a problem. They arrive, check out the problem, state the price and the customer can make the decision to use their services. I highly recommend Aztec and Nick too.
