AMERICAN SIGNATURE FURNITURE

Description of Work: On June 4 we purchased 60" TV console (item #7649) for $400 to be picked up by us. When we picked it up the item was damaged. They said they would repair the damages & we could pick it up the next day. We returned (20 mile round trip) and found that all the repairs hadn't been made. We asked them to order a new item. The person at the delivery office said it wouldn't matter, it will come with defects. We returned on June 11th to pick up the new item and found it damaged. The repair that someone had tried to make on the new item was unacceptable. Our salesperson, Mr. John Roberts, said "what do you expect for $400 it is made by Chinamen; go to the office and get your money back", and he walked away. We got a credit on the item. We went out and found a better quality unit for a few more dollars & that included delivery. That item (from a different furniture store) arrive in perfect condition. The sales people and delivery people at the other were very professional.
