I had a serious leak in my den one saturday, It was around 3 pm, and I called at least 5 different roofing companys, to no avail. Then I got on line and got on service magic's website, filled out the form, and within minutes Ken was calling me. I explained the problem he was at the house in about 10 ten minutes. We went up on the roof and he showed me the problem, We talked about what could be done and I decided it was time for a new roof. Ken gave what I thought was a good estimate, I signed the contract, and we were in business. Everything was done satisfactorily and I am completely happy with the job. I would definately recommend Ken friends and colleagues.

Kenneth Russell GC did an excellent job on repairing the entire roof tile, facia and exterior painting of the complete home. Kenneth and Oleymis kept me aware of all activities. The contract was completed in the time that was established in the estimate. Kenneth supervised all the work outside and inside of the house. Kenneth was very professional throughout the whole project for both the inside and outside of the house. He communicated on a daily basis letting me know how it was going. Robert Fields(SC) worked for Kenneth on the painting on the exterior and interior of the house. He did a magnificent job on all the work inside which included gutting out each and every room in the house and also getting the kitchen redone. Robert also repainted, put in new electrical fixtures and switches, plumbing, HVAC and anything else that happened to come up. He transformed the house from terrible to great. In closing I would recommend them to anyone for any job and would tell them that they would give 100%.

Mr Russell was pleasant, professional, on time, and he and his helper were careful, effecient and thorough workers. We are very satisfied with the work that Mr Russell did for us.
