"I am also disappointed this did not work out right. When you spoke to Greg on Saturday he was under the impression it was anytime after 12:00 and wrote it up that way. Greg received your voice mail but perhaps he wrote the phone number down wrong. We have tried to reach you at 433-3891 but that is apparently not your number and we have not been able to find your number. "When we began offering Saturday service at regular rates a couple of months ago our objective was to provide better service to our customers, not worse. No excuse, we dropped the ball. The problem we have run into is that our office closes at 12:00 on Saturday but our techs are still in the field without our office to support them. Corrective actions are already in place to prevent this lack of communication from happening going forward. Per our phone conversation due to the inconvenience we caused you I will see to it that your door is repaired for the cost of materials only and no charge for the S/C or labor.
