Description of Work: Nothing! Sent a request through Angie's list "message system" on August 15th and on August 23rd still no reply. Oh well, blacklisted from my list. ASTA LA VISTA BABY!

Description of Work: They arrived in less than an hour and got the septic tank pumped, but first had to dig up half of a large plant to reach the tank lid. The mess caused by the digging and plant removal in the area was all cleaned up before the man left and there was no extra charge for the inconvenience. The original quote was honored. The office staff were also very professional and a pleasure to deal with. A+++ to all.

Description of Work: Great company. Very fast to come out (and I needed them too also). They explained the septic equipment I had even how to clean the filters myself. Also provided a lot of info on do's and don't regarding septic systems.

Description of Work: Had septic tank pumped out. They called the me the day they were coming, and let me know the time. They were there at the time that they had said. Tony was the person that did the pumping out. He was very professional and helpful to me for the question's that I had. I would recommend A Gator Service.

Description of Work: I called around 8am and was immediately greeted on the phone. The service was scheduled to be done on the same day. I was really impressed when around 10:30 am I walked outside to find a pump truck in the street and the technician hard at work digging up the accesses to the septic tank. He cleaned the filter and pump out the septic tank. When completed the covers were replaced and the dirt removed was replaced on top of the access covers. The tech made sure that the heavier rocks were put in the excavated holes so as not to damage the lawn equipment. He also made a recommendation to replace the clean out cap as it had been damaged previously. I give Gator Septic Service two thumbs up and a 5 star rating.
