They returned my call on a Sunday extremely quickly, and went out to the property within 24 hours of my call.

This busiiness get an A+ From scheduling an appointment to the service tech showing up when he said he would. He explained everything and answered all my questions.

Called 2 days prior to service. I had 2 specific dates in mind as I would be home all day. Receptionist was easy to work with. When I asked price, I was quoted the going rate for residential pump out of a 900 gallon septic tank. The technician "TC" was very helpful at answering the questions I had. He also wasn't annoyed when I stood there and watched him do his work. He mapped out the location and dimensions of the tank for next time and educated me on septic tank care. Overall, had a great experience. This is the third time I have had my tank pumped since it was built and the second company. I will be using A-1 Gator in 3 years.

I called A1 Gator Septic on Friday? or Saturday and they were out on Monday to do the job. Very responsive, obviously. I love that about them. Second both representatives were such hard workers. They advised me to always have both entries of my septic tank cleaned and also that I could have them capped so I wouldn't have to have holes dug up to access both of the foot thick cement blocks covering the septic system. The next day they had another representative out to remove the cement blocks and install the green plastic caps. It will be so much easier now when cleaning the tank. They did an excellent job. Very knowledgable and went the extra mile! Thanks a Million!

I called this company to get more information on the location of my septic tank and drain field because they had pumped the tank for the previous owners of my house the year before. Unfortuntaly, the woman I spoke with said that they did not keep any records of the job and would have to charge me $175 to come out and flag my drain field (less than 30 minutes worth of work). I requested to be home during this job incase I had questions as I was planning to build a fence in the same area and needed exact measurements and locations. I also requested that professional drawings be made so that I could keep them for my records and show the fence company as a reference. Everything seemed fine when I scheduled the job for Thursday morning anytime between 8am and 11:30 am. However, when I arrived home on Wednesday there were already flags out in my yard with the companies name. Not wanting to assume anything I waiting the following morning for the provider to show up for our appointment as scheduled so they could explain everything and I could ask questions. When 12:30pm rolled around I called the company and the woman on the phone said that their employee had already been out and the job was done. When I expressed my concern that he came when I wasn't home (like scheduled) and that I never received any drawings she said she could answer any of my questions (which she couldn't) and that their employee had draw some sketches she could email over. I was obviously not satisfied so I requested they send their employee back out so that I could ask him questions and he could show me what the more than 20 flags in my yard actually meant. After clearing my entire schedule to fit around theirs we scheduled for their employee to come back out on 12/10/15 and they said they would call me prior to double check that I would be home. The 10th rolls around and I do not hear from them all day. At around 4:30pm while checking my email I saw that they had sent me an email saying they called but I wasn't home... I called them back right away and turns out they had been calling the previous owner of the house's number and not mine. I told them I was home and they could come back but the woman on the phone said they couldn't change the schedule so I had to take another morning off for them to come back out... The employee who FINALLY came out, Billy, was very polite and answered all my questions (and is the only reason I am not giving this company a straight F rating). Everytime I called I dealt with a rude, condescending woman on the phone and to this day have not received any drawings.

They were very nice guys. Another company had put my irrigation line over the top of my tank, they were able to come in and remove it without breaking it, and get it relocated. They did good work.

WoW! What more can I say. When I called A-1 Gator to help with my problem, they explained that they had previously purchased this company 6 month previously. They did not own the company when my septic lift station had been installed. They did however, come out and fix the problem, free of charge, within the same day that I called. I would be happy to use them again in the future, and highly recommend this very competent and customer service oriented company.

I called in the morning and needed someone THAT DAY, and I had only about a 3 hour time frame that I was available because this is a rental house I have and I wanted to be there when it was done. They said they could accommodate me and would call me 1/2 before they came. They did not call, and when I talked to the service man he said that he didn't know he was supposed to. I was upset that he had come before I was there BUT, I was very appreciated that they were so responsive. I have used them before on another rental house and I would use them again. The office staff I spoke with were polite, helpful and pleasant. I think this was maybe just a miscommunication, and next time, I will talk to them to make sure I am able to be there. I think their price was reasonable.

Well nothing would flush. I went out and my tanks were full. GROSSand gt; I called and spoke with the kind service manger . Robby was his name. He gave me a quote over the phone. I accepted and he sent out his lead tect . Now mind you this was a Saturday. The tect Tony came out to my home with a big old smile. Happy as can be to serve . I was in shock. This was a gross job on a weekend. The guy Tony was off. But on call. Yet he went right to work draining down my tanks. He cleaned my filters and gave me good advice to not see him again any time soon. I was so happy I had to call the owner . Renee answered my call and she was just as nice. We talked about the job and Tony. She told me she has been in the industry for over 30 years. I was amazed at her story and success in this messy industry. Great people all of them . You will be super happy.

Called at approximately 10:30 am HOPING for a same-day appointment. What a shock, they showed up around 11:45 during a torrential downpour, the drive sat in the truck until the rain eased a little. Did 80% of the job while it was raining. Very professional, I could not be happier. Will definitely use them again!

I called in the morning of 7/21/14 and spoke with a very friendly person, who quickly took my information and answered all my questions. She asked if I needed the service performed right away, and I informed her that whenever they could make it out would be fine as I wasn't in a rush. It was scheduled for that day and I didn't need to be at home when it happened. Payment over the phone was easy. My husband was concerned that there would be a lingering mess or odor, but when we arrived home in the afternoon the only sign someone had been there was the fact that our septic tank cap was clean (cleaner that it's been in a long time, I'm sure). Would definitely recommend and use again.

They were fast. professional, and friendly. They showed us a filter to clean every year to keep the system running efficiently. Recommended!

A Gator -- now A-1 Gator, I believe -- is a responsive service. They can generally get you the day you call or the next day for a routine pump. The employees are friendly and provide thorough service.

Excellent service. John very cooperative during first call. I mentioned that the tanks are set back from road about 200 feet accessed via a paver driveway. Gator's manager visited the site one day ahead of the scheduled pump-out to check drive and advised the truck would remain on the road and they will bring enough hose to run from the tanks to the truck. Gator opted not to drive the truck on the drive due to weight and possible oil leaks. First contractor to ever consider this. Driver was knowledgeable and helpful. The entire Gator team was very professional. The driver's report received via mail a few days later was very detailed. Highly recommend and will use again.

Excellent service. Had to rescheduled twice and they were willing to change appointment. Arrived at appointed time, immediately located and opened system, pumped and cleaned it along with filters...all in a driving rain. Price exactly as quoted. Cleaned and relaid lawn. Great company.

He arrived on time, located the tank lid easily and removed the grass and dirt to access the lids. He cleaned the existing filter, removed the accretions and then he checked to be sure there was no blockage from the house to the tank. Then he did his best to cover the lids, He was friendly and knowledgeable, offering advice on how to prevent future problems. My only suggestion would be to find a better way to remove the lid without ruining the grass over it.

The service was provided on time and efficiently and in a professional manner.

I would highly recommend them. They were very knowledgeable, pointed out a couple of things we needed to watch out for in the future and we have since called them. Always courteous and professional - we have found a good one.

They were there when they said they would be and the price quoted was the price charged. They also gave some tips on maintaining the system.

The man responding was very informative. I had questions concerning the septic system and he answered all of them in detail. The process is fairly simple for pumping out a tank. I would recommend the company to friend or family.

I consulted Angie's List, chose a company with good reviews and calledI their office the day before. After asking several questions I said would return the call. The lady who answered my questions (Doris) was very polite, knowledgeable and said they could have someone out the next day. We scheduled a morning appointment (8 - 12 noon), being assured they would call ahead before arriving. The next morning the truck driver (Lynn) called ahead (30-45 min.) and after arriving, parked on the road and not on my new driveway design. Our tank was in front of the house and easy to get to. I showed him the location, he removed the sod and lid and hooked up his hoses. Within 45 minutes all was done and packed back up. Driver was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He even gave me some advice on my clogged kitchen drain as well as how to keep my tank in good shape. Very pleased with the whole procedure and their company.
