Description of Work: 6 mos checkup of A/C

Description of Work: Very impressive survey and first contact which resulted in my purchase of upscale new A/C. However, the company was seriously let down by the rude attitude, and surliness of those people answering the 'phone when I called in on several occasions with problems, which were under warranty. I could not face dealing with them anymore and opted to switch companies when I moved. The difference is like night and day!

Description of Work: This outfit does not install equipment that you have purchased yourself. Apparently they are not content for just charging for the labor but also want to make a profit on the equipment.

Description of Work: This is absolutely the best most forthright and upstanding companies around. When we decided to change our whole system we shopped around and chose Modern for value and their responsiveness. Needless to say a replacement an install of a new system always has its challenges. And boy we seemed to have our share. Every single person whether it be on the phone, at my house was professional went out of their way to find and fix any and ALL issues promptly. Mr. Glennon, the owner of the company, called me to assure me everything would be done to my satisfaction. I was bowled over. The owner standing up and doing a good thing?! Unheard of in today’s marketplace. To all the staff, my apologies for this being so late, you all did a super job and have recommended you several times. Outstanding business model!
