If I could leave more stars I would. Roberto is so professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He is responsive, on-time, has very reasonable pricing and is an overall nice guy. I have a five-year old white sectional that was in need of cleaning. For some reason, I couldn't get anyone to take a chance on cleaning it; one guy said that Baer's, where I bought it, treats the material and he wasn't comfortable not knowing what that treatment was, and because it's white. Huh? Another company just said no outright with no explanation. I found Wicked Clean during an online search for upholstery cleaners. Within a week of meeting with Roberto who came to see the couch first to make sure there would be no problems, the job is done. My couch looks like I just bought it! Wicked Clean is insured and, like I said, has very reasonable pricing. I recommend Roberto and Wicked Clean highly and I will be using him as my cleaner from now on.
