They grew up in Sonoma County, CA, and helped Chelsea's parents build a home service empire. After moving to Florida in 2020, they established United Family Movers with a commitment to providing exceptional moving services while upholding their values. The UFM team's daily goal is to serve the community with integrity, hard work, and diligence, delivering high-quality work and maintaining a level of professionalism that customers can trust. TERRIBLE. LIARS . I asked several times if they had worker’s comp which my building requires. I also asked for it early so that I make sure building accepts. On morning of move they say they have waiver of liability which is not enough for my building. In morning of move had to cancel.

They were okày. Their price was about average, they were good at communicating and coordination. The movers ran a bit late, they were pleasant to work with and got everything moved in a fair amount of time. They used brown tape rather than plastic wrap on several things I wished they hadn't. After they left, I realized that the leg of my grandmother's antique couch was cracked through where it met the seat. I'm not sure if it can be fixed, I had hoped it would have been handled more carefully.

Our move with United Family was better than we could have hoped. Price was fair, crew was careful and professional, and the whole job was done in 6-7 hours. The guys placed our furniture exactly where we wanted. Nothing broken. I can't say enough good stuff about this whole company.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Save your money. These guys were not only 1/2 high but were highly unprofessional. They had 0 care for my furniture (see pictures). I overpaid because they were not hourly so I figured they wouldn't rush but boy was I wrong. They carried a ton of my furniture right on the ground, didn't wrap anything. As you can imagine a lot of our furniture was scratched, torn, damaged etc. I spoke with the owner and he asked me to file a claim and wait 6-8 weeks. After I waited he finally got back to me and said he would be willing to give me $100 for my items. Over $6,000 in damages but he offered $100. See the conversations attached. Then he decided to go ghost and stopped replying to all my texts. PLEASE learn from my mistake and don't work with these people.

Had a great experience with United Family! We had a lot of stuff and it required 2.5 trucks. They were on-time, professional, took great care of my furniture and fragile items. They were a true pleasure and would reccomend to anyone. The price was fair and honest and is based off of your piece count and box count. Hard to find honest people in South Florida. Good people so give them a call!

It went amazing! If you are looking for a moving company this is it! Chelsea is a angel for dealing with me and my moving date floating and changing. The guys were amazing they handled my stuff with care and were fast and efficient. Adjusted to changes with no problem and tried to make everything as easy as possible for me. The best moving company service i ever had and i moved alot of times thanks to the military. THE BEST OF THE BEST. Use them and you will not regret it!

Working with United Family Movers was an absolute pleasure. They met me where I was at with my pricing and were able to meet all of my needs. The gentlemen who came to do the move were perfectly professional, incredibly helpful, and were great to work with. I’ll be moving again in a year and if I can use them again, I will!
