Efficient, nice and professional. All my furniture and belongings arrived in perfect condition both times I used them - once for a move in the Miami and recently for an out of state move to New York. Our movers, Lonnie Jamel and Robert and the management in the office went out of their way to be helpful and accommodate our need with multiple stops. They are simply the best!

The moving services rendered were exceptional! Response time to my messages was great, and they communicated updates on the journey to New York from Florida. Easiest transaction ever! I'm the nearest kin of my aunt who passed away in Florida and I was so concerned with the covid virus and finding good movers is critical to managing the work and decided to go with Top Notch Movers, a recommendation from a trusted friend. It was Arthur and Oliver who assisted our caregiver and they were so nice, organized and professional. They did a fantastic job with all of the belongings owned by my aunt. No damage at all. They are worth every penny and we are so happy with the service we received.

They actually showed up a little early after calling to see if this was acceptable to us. They all wore masks and were safely conscious and efficient. Would really recommend Lonnie, Jamel and Robert. Top job and the price was reasonable. Will use them every time we move.

Used Top Notch Movers last month for a local move and they have the best customer service! Oliver, Sid and Jose wore their masks the entire time, observed social distancing and were respectful. They move everything from our apartment to the next in such a careful, considerate and timely manner. The whole process took about 3 hours and it was a breeze as they worked extremely hard in a smart way.

This is the 2nd time I have used Top Notch for a local move and they are outstanding! I was very pleased the first time but again, with a different team, I received great service. -It was easy to set (and change) the appt. time/day for the move. -Their quote was what I paid. -They arrived on time and worked efficiently, more so than any other mover I have had. -All furniture items were wrapped and taped. -They were very professional! I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Top Notch did an excellent job. They were very professional and did a great job with both packing and moving. They also safely stored my belongings for several months. They were efficient, responsive and pleasant to work with. I would definitely hire them again.

I was so worried about selecting the right moving company, and Top Notch Movers was the right choice. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They showed great concern for our belongings and handled everything with care. They assured us that nothing was damaged. We would use them again for any moving needs we might have and recommend them to anyone else that requires a moving company.

Andre and Frank were the movers, and they did a great job! I was thoroughly impressed! On time, nothing broken, disassembled furniture was reassembled an put in place. Zero complaints!! And fast! From now on, I'm calling Top Notch any time I move! Hopefully not for a while, because moving sucks. Having to change my address on everything blows! But I will refer them to anyone who needs to move.

Terrible. They stole all of my credit cards in the one moment that I stepped outside for five minutes to check on the elevator. The company takes no responsibility for this even though they tried running charges the day after. They also broke a table and a lamp. The company's response has been to argue that all of their employees are honest -- they assume no responsibility for the stolen cards... still waiting to hear about the broken items. Very disappointed.

They were supposed to arrive between 7-8 am. Didn't arrive until 8:45. 3 different times, the person in the kitchen packing said he was finished. I'd open up a cabinet, and it was completely filled. Needless to say, not very thorough. I was busy packing my car with other things. Two days after I got over here, the owner of my old place called to say that all of my frying pans, broiler pan, cooking sheets, etc. were still over there inside the oven and lower drawer of my stove. He also said in the guest bathroom behind the bathroom door were all of the guest towels. All I would say is that if you hire them, have a few extra friends over to make sure that everything was packed. None of us enjoy moving, but you would expect that if you hire "professionals", that they would look into every corner to make sure that nothing was overlooked.

The move went very well. The movers arrived on time at 9am and finished by 7pm. We had so much stuff, the truck needed a second "back-and-forth" (I already was prepared for the "back" due to the appliance swap). These guys were exhausted by the end of the day. We could have used an extra mover. There was no breakage and only a few minor dings - nothing to claim. The extra time needed was reasonable. The total price was a bit more than we expected but not out of line. Regarding appliances, they did a good job overall but we had a huge refrigerator and I don't think they were equipped for that. They still worked very hard and were very nice even though that was a struggle. And they did the best they could given what they had to work with. Great group of guys.

very responsive and the price was good. The foreman of the crew great. Balance of the team ok. However: Damaged the front tile where they dropped the dolly Sheared off a piano pin for the key cover. Pending reply for action item from Jamie at Top Notch. emailed the damage to Jamie Forman- noted he would contact the owner- as of date did not occur. Even tipped the guys- they did ask for a tip. Hindsight should have not. Will see if the owners respond...

No issues. Guys were very friendly and efficient. Original price ended up doubling which surprised me but no one came out to survey how much furniture needed to be moved so price was based off of what I described. Guess I had more than I thought.

Top Notch Movers did not give me the lowest quote, nor did they have the lowest hourly rate. However their quote did provide for 3 men and a truck, while some of the other company quoted only showed 2 men. Also they were based in the Ft. Lauderdale area and their quote showed a two hour charge for the round trip mobilization. They were clear to point out that this was an "hourly" move and that the quote could be higher or lower (not likely) than the amount specified in the quote. We decided to pack and take ALL of the boxes ourselves as we were only moving some 45 miles away, so Top Notch would be involved only with the heavy furniture items. While most 2 bedroom condo units would have a predetermined amount of furniture, my wife is into scrapbooking and has converted our condo's den into a hobby room with a LOT of cabinets, drawers, work table, etc., which would add considerably to the bulk, and has, over the quarter century that we have lived there, accumulated many family "treasures", some of which were hand crafted by parents and grandparents from back when she lived in Iowa (dining room table, cabinets, desk, grandfather clock, etc.). Therefore I knew that the 6 hours estimate for the move would be exceeded and I was prepared for same by having $1,200 in cash in my pocket when the crew arrived. They were an hour behind schedule, but did advise me by phone ahead of time that they would be late. No problem as we owned the condo and there was no rush to be out by a certain time. In that regard we chose a date other than the period around the end of the month when most moves occur, in order to save about $9 off of their hourly rate. The crew worked diligently and efficiently for 4 hours in wrapping and securing all of the furniture and getting it from our 4th floor condo (via our elevator) to the truck parked directly out in front of the elevator room foyer. Nothing of consequence was damaged save for a handle and tray that broke off of one of the hand crafted pieces... something that I was able to easily re-secure with Elmer's wood glue. The truck arrived at our new home well after I did, (and I stayed behind for half an hour in order to secure the condo and pack up some remaining left-over boxes into my car. I expect that they stopped for lunch somewhere and I picked up the $120 tab for the time that it took. They insisted that they only took a "to go" lunch and ate along the drive, but I know that there was an extra hour that was not accounted for in that travel. In addition there was a unplanned charge of $20 because one of the small cabinets had a glass top that had been double side taped down and we could not remove it. These extra charges were reflected in the tip that I gave the crew ($60 instead of the $100 that I had originally planned for). When they arrived at the house, they were able to park right out in front and it was less than 50 feet from the rear of the truck to our front door on a single level home, so they quickly and efficiently were able to get everything inside and unpacked. Chris did a great job in re-assembling our sleep-number bed frame and our entertainment center (the only items that had been taken apart). The grandfather clock arrived in tact as well, although one of the weight chains has become entangled in the gears and it took me a while to figure out and correct that so the clock worked properly. Again, not a problem. The off loading took an hour longer than the estimate, but we did have more stuff than the normal 2 bedroom condo unit. All in all the move was accomplished efficiently and carefully and the crew of Victor, Chris and another gentlemen (who's name escapes me) were respectful and courteous and professional in the way that they conducted themselves. The $1,200 that I had was enough to cover the move and tip and this amount was almost half of a lump sum quote that I had obtained from a local West Palm Beach company, who were obviously used to moving a lot of Palm Beachers who had the money to hire them.

I think all was perfect but few mistake I hope it will be solve soon. but very satisfy service and great customer support.

The guys came on time and provide us with exellent service , once we submitted with them the form online one of the representative called us right away and explain us how does it work. No hiding fees and no extras. Highly recommended.

It was okay. It was very fast and efficient. They don't tell you that you don't get a full two hours. They said that one hour is used for travel time so we only used the one hour which was kind of misleading. They charged extra if the man overed the time limit or if you had other items like glass items. The best part was they were fast. After I purchased it, the guy came out. They were there on time.

The movers were very friendly and helpful. However, While the truck was being loaded I was asked to sign several blank forms. The amounts were to be filled in later as filling out the forms was included in the hourly charge. When I purchased the plan through Angie's list it quoted 2 hours, and two movers only. After the purchase I received the paper work. When they arrived they said the had 3 movers at no extra charge ( they were on their way to a job in Orlando). After loading the truck they then pointed out that the 2 hours was actually one hour move and one hour drive time (17 miles from their office to me) As the truck was loaded I called Angie's list and tried to complain. They said that since the work had started I was pretty much at the movers mercy. I ended up having to pay for an extra hour of labor $125.00. If I used a credit card it was an additional 3%. I had $130. and they didn't have any change. Again they did a great job handling the furniture but they did rip up a Carpet Transition Strip and hid it under the bed (I wouldn't have cared about it if they told me). They wrapped All the furniture in moving blankets which was great but it also made sure the loading alone too an hour. Nowhere in the add on Angie's list did it mention the 1 hour for driving 1 hour move. (This is why their price could be lower). The extra hour cost put them above some of the other quotes. This was added stress we really didn't need.
