TIRES PLUS

When you walk in the personnel behind the desk are very friendly.  There always seems to be a line with many people seeking service.   They are attentive and professional with each customer.  They answer questions and provide suggestions.  Tires plus has done work several times for both my private vehicle and my work vehicle.  I never feel like I have been tricked or ripped off the work that they perform last for the duration.  They also never try to up-sale a service or product.  I consider Tires Plus in Weston to be a reliable, professional, and friendly business to have my vehicles repaired.

My minivan ride was rougher than before, and I got two flat tires while driving. When I replaced the tire first time, the other shop (i don't recall its name) didn't recognized, but when it happened the second time, I brought my minival to this Tires Plus store. They immediately knew it was the rear suspension problem and replaced the pair of shocks at a reasonable price in an hour. I am very satisfied with their service.

They seem to do a pretty good job.

All 4 tires were inflated to different pressures and reinstalled in wrong positions. Also the wrong valve stems were installed. I have a pickup truck and the valve stems were for a passenger car. All of this was told to me by a Tires Plus dealer in Iowa when I went in for a tire pressure check.

They were straightforward and honest. They matched the tire and got it fixed. They also did a few extra things and inspections and checked the rest of my tires.
