I contacted Tiger Team Roofing after reading the excellent reviews on Angie?s list. Gary came to our house the next day to inspect the roof and give me an estimate for replacement. At that point we had not finally decided what material we wanted so Gary calculated the price of three different roofing materials and prepared the written estimate right away. The price for the barrel tile was far better than I had expected and so I called my husband and we made an immediate decision to replace the existing shingle with tile. Gary asked if I had seen any roof colors that I liked in the neighborhood and I mentioned one or two so he took me in his truck to look at the roofs that I had seen. Having got an idea of my taste, he left a tile catalog and also called the tile company to leave some samples for both of us to look at. We called Gary a couple of days later with our choice of color and profile and he explained that they would start the work as soon as the permit was available. The following Monday I received a call from Gigi, Gary?s secretary to say that we would be having some roofing material delivered the next day and that the following day the work would start. This all happened as planned and at the end of the first day the old roofing had been removed and the first stage of replacement had been completed. There was no debris to be seen anywhere. I even saw one of the men raking the grass with some kind of magnet to check for stray nails. Every day I received a call from Gigi in the Tiger Team Office informing me of deliveries and subsequent stages in the work so I was fully informed throughout the whole process. The work was completed in less than a week even though the team was delayed one day due to heavy rain. There was minimal disruption to our routine, nothing to clean up and now we have the most beautiful roof in the neighborhood. We are receiving a lot of compliments from family, friends and neighbors. I highly recommend this company. They are excellent.
