Great. Mike was honest, punctual, professional and courteous. Thankfully I didn't have to have any work completed but when I do, I'll certainly call them back.

Brian came out to our home and inspected our roof leaks. He had a lot of experience repairing similar leaking roofs within our neighborhood. Apparently it was a common problem with the original construction (fairly new homes) The estimate was a few hundred dollars more than the 2 other estimates we received however we had a very strong comfort level with this company. They were comprehensive in describing the repairs they were performing and this list was much more thorough than the other roofing repair companies. The other companies did not claim to repair as many items and were attempting to repair the roof differently. Upon the date of repair, a very friendly Roger knocked at the door and was extremely friendly and nice. Roger was happy to explain their procedure and was extremely positive about how the repair itself was going. We were pleased with the work Roger and Rito completed.

Selecting the right contractor to replace the roof tiles (re-roof) would be a daunting task for most home-owners. Therefore, I am pleased to report Tiger Team Roofing fulfilled all my requirements and expectations. 1. You are dealing with a dependable and honest company. 2. Competent and friendly work force. 3. Neat and tidy - exceptional. 4. Job completed on time.

The estimate was actually done by Gary, the owner! The price quoted was very reasonable and they met that estimate for the final bill besides the necessary extra wood. They started about a month after we signed the work contract, and were done a little over a week later. They cleaned up very well. Gigi who runs the phones and organizes everything, is a joy to work with. She is prompt and always available. Gary would also return calls within the hour. They took care of all the required paperwork, permits, liens, etc. It was a joy to work with them and I recommend them most highly.

The decision to make this $40000 investment doesn't come easily. Brian provided us with information we needed, offered options, and was very professional the entire time. The work hasn't begun yet but the estimate process went very well.

Gary and his team at Tiger Team were awesome!!! Completely professional from start to finish, from the initial visit for the estimate to getting me the final paperwork once the job was completed. Not only was Tiger Team's bid the lowest (by several thousand dollars in some cases), their work is superb. They work quickly and efficiently and without leaving a mess at the end of each day. I was actually never at home when the work was being done, and if not for the obvious signs on the roof itself, I would have never known there was work being done at my house; that is how clean they left the place each day. From the signing of the contract to the completion of the job, Gigi called every week just let me know when work would be starting, when material would be delivered, and once the job started, how it was progressing, including updates on the various inspections. And, the roof looks great. Neighbors have already commented on how good it looks, and one asked for Tiger Team's number because they were so impressed they are thinking of switching from shingle to tile. I cannot overstate how impressed I am with Gary and his team, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Very professional company. Received a call from my e-mail inquiry the next morning. Gary arrived that afternoon at the time scheduled, thoroughly explained what he would and just as importantly would not do, and obtained permits very timely. His crews arrived when and as scheduled ad were very attentive to my concerns. They left my yard clean of roofing debris and with a very satisfied customer.

From our first call to this company, Gigi and each person we dealt with during our roofing project was friendly, professional and kept us informed on a regular basis. Tiger Team was professional from start to finish. GiGi and Mike were great to deal with, Mike was there on time for the proposal and contract and GiGi always kept me updated weekly re permitting and when they would start including exactly what would happen each day over the four days they were here. The roofing crew was also professional and did a fantastic job! Their proposal was very competitive and quality of work and materials was exactly what was stated. They were very good. work was done in 1 day. I paid them after 2 weeks to make sure that the roof was tested for water/rain. They had no problems with it.

Everything was done well, and on time! Their workers are courteous and knowledgeable. If I ever have any future roof problems, I will definitely use them again.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I was very nervous about having this big project done especially since my existing flat roofs were not in good condition. Brian went up on the roof and assessed the condition of everything and took photos. He was very thorough in his explanation of exactly what needed to be done. I had a lot of questions and he was more than willing to listen to my concerns. I was concerned about damage to my property but he assured me that everything would be protected and they would even bring in a port-o-let. I was very pleased with this. He explained about the notice of commencement and city permit. Tiger Team does not require money up front. Gigi at the Tiger Team office is very professional and friendly and she calls with updates. I appreciated this communication because it shows that they care about their customers. Everything went according to schedule. They were there first thing in the morning and worked all day. They did everything they promised. Brian was always accessible by phone and stopped by the job site and answered all the questions I had. When the crew left I couldn't believe how clean everything looked. Not a speck of anything in my pool and my yard was clean. Gigi always let me know what the next step was, and the inspections and shingle installation went as planned. My new roof looks great and the flat roofs look great. I am pleased with the quality of the materials that were used.

I obtained 5 quotes from local roofing companies in my area for a re-roof on a 13,000 sq ft concrete tile roof, which included some custom skylights and considerable wood repair. I disregarded the lowest quote, as I felt their operation may be under equipped for this particular job. Tiger Team worked with me on pricing to get very close to the second place quote, but I selected Tiger after speaking in detail Brian who managed the job, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and upfront throughout, and felt comfortable that they would install a high quality roof. When the job started a month and a half later or so, they brought a very large team to work on the roof and work progressed at a surprisingly rapid pace as a result. Brian sent me live pictures of the roof at each stage of completion, which was very reassuring, and they kept the job site very clean each day which was appreciated. I feel the final quality of work plus their customer service was excellent, and I'm very pleased with the whole process.

It went great from the start. Came out, gave estimate for work. Had other estimates and negotiated a fair price for the work. Gigi was very informative about the permit process and once the permit was ready got the roof all done in one day. Gary the owner was there and monitored his workers and made sure it was done right the first time. Its great dealing with the owner and not a sales guy. No one wants to spend money on a new roof but if has to been done I would not hesitate to call Tiger Team again.

We originally contacted Tiger Team Roofing for a quote for a roof repair. We had some rotting wood near the front of our house that was caused by a problem higher up on the roof. We got a quote from Brian, who was straight forward, professional and punctual. While we were evaluating this bid against others, we had new leaks due to Issac. With only a couple years left on our roof, we opted to go for a full replacement. We again had Brian out to provide an estimate, along with other roofing companies. Brian gave a detailed assessment of the work that would need to be done, and the timing. He took the time to answer my questions (over 30 minutes of questions) and make sure I understood the work entailed. The other companies did not give us this level of comfort - while we feel they would have done a fine job, we felt most comfortable with Tiger Team. For this reason, we signed up with Tiger and did not go with the cheapest bid, although based on other reviews Tiger usually does not come out the cheapest. Brian gave a realistic expectation for starting the work, but the materials and crew were ready much faster than he projected (always a good thing). The crew showed up on time Monday morning, and commenced the work. We were happy with the crew with the exception of the first day when we had to ask them to put a tarp over the pool as debris was getting knocked in. Once the tarp was put over the pool, the issue was sorted. Brian came out during the first day to see how things were going, which was much appreciated given the size of the project. The job finished the following Monday, and a few days later the final inspection was complete. Brian and Gigi (in the office) were both great, and responsive in every way you would want. I highly recommend Tiger Team.

I had rotted fascia, leak spots and dripping in my home office. Tiger Team came out and showed me pictures of before during and after. They were timely and did not leave a mess. I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat!

It was the first time I had used them. They repaired my roof. They were on time. They were great guys. They showed me exactly what was going on. I was very impressed with them. They were on time and got the job done quicker than they estimated.

They were very professional. They were very proficient. They knew exactly what they were doing as far as getting the permit for the job and the inspections. They were timely and very clean. They cleaned up after themselves very well. No nails were left behind because they went around my yard with a metal detector to make sure they got all of the nails up. They were very quick, the whole job was done in 4 days. They called me to keep me updated on the process. They let me know what they would be doing every day. They didn't take any money down. I didn't have to pay them until the job was complete. It was the best experience that I have ever had with a company doing work at my house. I also was able to save money because they had a coupon on Angie's List.

I could write a lengthy review of all the great things about this company: the professionalism; the quality of work; the attention to detail; the constant communication on progress; the adherence to the proposed schedule and more. But I think more words aren't necessary, Tiger Team Roofing took what I was afraid would be a very stressful experience and turned it into a very pleasant one. Great company. We thought we had a roof leak at our sub division. Tiger Team promptly arrived to let us know that our roof was fine. Our leak ended up being the result of degenerated stucco/window seals. I am so glad I called Tiger Team after receiving a $5000 estimate from D'agastino roofing (Coral Springs) for work that would have never fixed our problem. Thank you Tiger Team.......your a stand up company!!! Would definitely refer and will use this company in the future.

I had a very good experience with tiger team roofing from beginning , middle to end . i felt i was dealing with a professional company from the owner to the support staff , i would highly recommend choosing this company for a no headache, on time , clean , competent and all around great experience , i would do it again

It is not an easy task this days to find a good contractor that will act with honesty, professionalism and knowledge. It is a challenge. It was not my case, thanks to Brian Botting contractor from Tiger Team Roofing. After so many days interviewing roof contractors when through all kind of trick persuasions and lies, I call Tiger Team roofing ( 5Th In my list) What a pleasant experience when we met Brian Botting, his honesty and expertise safe me $12,00.00. His team of workers came and finish the job on time, no mess or leftover as promise. Also they went beyond the scope of work to accommodate my request and over all to perform a work that only can be describe as an excellent one. All thank to Brian Botting.
