From the estimator, Brian, caller GG and lead man Jose are were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They kept us inform from start to finish.

They were informative, knew pretty much everything, answered my questions, gave more information very good, very thorough and very professional. They gave me 10-year warranty for the roof and I had an additional tarp put on my roof. Their salesman was part of the whole project so communicated everything that was going to happen. I called them with any problems I had. I had inspected the roof and there were some cracks and I called them and he said he is going to send somebody out to fix them. The experience was really good. They were really knowledgeable and did what they said they were going to do. There was a delay but it was because of the weather. Overall, it was very well.

I talked to and got quotes from several roofing companies as I was replacing my entire roof and it was a big job. The gang at Tiger Team were without a doubt the most knowledgable, friendly and helpful company I talked to and made my decision to go with them an easy one!... They were eager to answer any question I had and were in constant contact once the job started. We had a couple of rain days and Gigi called me every morning to let me know what was going on. They did a great job and the roof looks great. The first day after they finished a friend came over and said " wow your new roof looks great!"... I hadn't even told them we were getting the job done.... I have used A LOT of contractors over the years, some don't call you back, some don't show up, some do crappy work, etc... Tiger team is with out a doubt one of the best companies I have dealt with. Call others if you want, but DEFINITELY call Tiger Team, because you will end up using them and you'll be glad you did!,,

It was a very positive experience to work with Brian from Tiger Team. He was very punctual, pleasant, and informative. I had 2 other quotes for skylight replacement, but Tiger Team's was a little less than the most competitive of the other two. I went with Tiger Team because Brian was very well informed about the type of tile roof that is on my home and the fact that the tiles are no longer made. He also explained the process of the skylight replacement thoroughly including what could possibly go wrong with the inside plaster (This did not occur, but I appreciated the information). He also offered to fix missing tiles and explained that because our tiles aren't made anymore he would do his best to match up available tiles. As I was out of town while the waiting for the roof to be done, Brian called and told me that they would have to wait for the rains to stop in order to properly do the work. I appreciated that he kept me in the loop concerning the status. Now that the work is done, I will definitely use Tiger Team when it is time to replace the roof,

This was a great experience. We had a continuous problem with a leak in our roof. We had a different roofer and he seemed to keep re-patching, but never fixing the actual problem. I contacted Tiger Team roofing through Angie's List. Brian came out and not only took pictures of the problem, but provided an extensive diagram, an estimate, and took the time to answer our questions. He also advised as to what would be done if he could not fix the issue. Once they started removing the tiles, they took pictures and advised of how extensive the damage was, what he would recommend, and if we wanted to get another opinion that we could. They put on a temporary seal while we discussed our options. We went with Tiger Team Roofing and were not disappointed. They made this so stress free. Needless to say, we needed a re-roofing done. They were very prompt, clean, and professional. They even put a tarp over our entire pool so no debris would fall into it, and they went around with magnets to remove as many roof nails as they were able to! Hopefully, I will not have to do this for another 25 years, but if I do, I know who to call. I would highly recommend this company for anyone's roofing needs.

I had received several quotes for a roof replacement after I discovered a leak at the beginning of the rainy season. Of three very similar quotes, Tiger Team Roofing's quote was in the middle. I chose Tiger Team Roofing not because they were the cheapest, but because of the presentation I received from Brian Botting of Tiger Team Roofing. Brian's presentation was very professional as he thoroughly answered all my questions and explained the entire process so it was easy to understand. Additionally, Brian was always available by phone to answer any follow up questions I had. Prior to the start of the job, and during the roofing process, I received phone calls from Gigi of Tiger Team Roofing on a regular basis. Gigi was very informative in keeping me up to date on the status of the operation. Once the work began, it went very quickly and smoothly. On the first day, over a dozen Tiger Team workers began the task of tearing my old roof down and completing the dry-in process. The foreman gave me access to the roof and identified the problem areas of my roof and how they would go about fixing it. At every stage of my roof replacement all material and debris was cleaned and removed at the end of the day and the work progressed just as Brian had presented. I am very satisfied with my selection of Tiger Team Roofing and would recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

They certainly have this down to a science with the whole process only taking 3 days. The first day was to remove the old roof and dry it back in. The second day was the delivery of the new shingles and inspection from the City. The third day was the placing down the new shingles and with a "shingling in progress" inspection, the work was done and approved that day. On the first day a large tarp was laid on the ground around my entire house to catch any debris and most of the old nails and tin-tabs. After the entire job was completed a worker came by the house and with a powerful magnet tool and swept the yard arond the base of the house for more nails. I had extensive water damage to my sheathing (which I knew beforehand) and to ensure they were not exaggerating the additional cost for the replacement of the damaged sheathing, they asked me to come up on the roof that first day to let me see it for myself.

They arrived on time and perform a roof assessment and where very honest and professional by indicating that my problem was with the window, not in the roof. Another company came that day and confirmed assessment.

included Tiger Team in my search for a roofer first for a leak repair. My sales person Brian was the only one of 3 that refused to even give me a bid for a repair stating that the roof ws too far gone. Due to money issues I tried the repair route which turned out to be a disaster and within a couple of months had multiple leaks. I went back to Brian becuase of his previous honesty and the fact that he had also done my son's roof and they did a great job. We signed a contract after Brian took the time to compare item by item in his proposal. I was very concerned about damage to my new driveway and sprinkler system. The work started last week and I have never seen a construction company take so much effort to protect my property. The workers are not sub contracted ANOTHER BIG PLUS. My final inspection is Monday the rook looks great. I am very inpressed with the solar powere ventrs. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who wants top notch quality roofing with honest people.

All done pretty fast. If u have an issue i'd say deal w Gigi? ( i hope i remembered her correctly). She's the one in charge of keeping u up to date. Plus she is willing to put u at ease if u have any concerns. This was very important to me. Plus she followed thru on the paperwork requested. She has wonderful customer service skills.

Mike came by and provided a detailed estimate and explained exactly what was going to happen, how much it would cost, and when they could do the work. They even coordinated all the work with our sreening company to reduce the turnaround time for the project. The work went off without a hich at the quoted price. Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with!

Brian Botting responded promptly to me, even after normal working hours. I needed a few tiles replaced/repaired on a recently purchased house. Brain came out to prepare an estimate for me, but the work was so small that he just did the repairs for the good will. I will be sure to call Tiger Team when I need more extensive repairs. It is rare to get such good service these days.

Tiger Team is the roofing company to select if you expect phenomemal knowledge, installation, customer service, and a locally competitive price. Brian, the manager of my project, provided a complete package of professionalism, knowledge, straight-forward conversation, and extreme timeliness in responding to me whether in person, email, or return calls from beginning to end. After signing a contract, I received weekly and professional calls from Gigi to apprise me of the project timeline and to answer my questions. The working crews are just as amazing. They arrive on time, tarp foliage and other delicate areas, perform their work efficiently/professionally, and provide complete clean-up on a daily basis. In addition, one the owners came to our home a day or so prior to finalization to greet me personally and assess the work. Tiger Team also handles all permitting requirements. I rate them with an A+++ on all realms.

Easy to communicate with them, both email and phone. They do not want payment until they do the work. I kept asking "How come you haven't asked me for money yet?" They had to replace a lot of rotted wood, which I expected. That added to the final cost, but they warned me ahead of time that could happen and also discussed with me as the work progressed. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, missing only about 4 nails on the ground which i consider remarkably good. My one complaint is that the work left lots of sand-like concrete particles on the flower beds.

We were looking to have our roof repaired as it had a leak. Everyone we called told us we needed a new roof because of its age. We began looking for roofers and wound up with four different estimates. Tiger team came out in the middle in terms of price. After comparing estimates, we looked up all of the roofers on Angie's List to get a little background on each of them. I should first say that Brian from Tiger Team came to our home to measure our roof. He sat with us afterwards and explained everything to us. He was the ONLY representative from a roofing company that did this. My wife and I had lots of questions and Brian was very patient. We even called Brian on the phone twice after meeting with him initially because we had some additional questions. We had read several reviews on Angie's List about this company and they all seemed too good to be true. I am as big a skeptic as anybody can be and I am here to tell you this company is the real deal. They held true to everything they said they were going to do. My first encounter with one of the Tiger Team Roofers was with a gentleman named Bubba. He was a respectful, enthusiastic and just overall a happy guy that you could tell just loved his job. Bubba set up the permit box, attached a ladder to our house and put a small sign up in our yard, all with a big smile. On the day they started my job, Brian was called out of town unexpectedly. The crew showed up at 8 AM and began tearing off my roof. Brian called me three times that day to make sure everything was going as expected and that we were happy. The guys worked all day long tearing off our roof, and replacing wood that needed to be replaced. They were very honest and asked me if I would like to see the wood they were replacing and I did. My wife and I went onto the roof and they pointed out all the wood and the rotted spots they would be working on. Thankfully it wasn't so bad and we were very relieved. Our house was built in 1961, so we were anticipating damaged wood already. They worked very hard and were efficient, organized and cleaned up every single thing. During the day, one of the owners Gary came to our house and introduced himself to us. It's no wonder that this company is as good as it is. As the saying goes, you can only be as good as your leader. Gigi, the woman that works in the office was calling us on Fridays to give us an update on when our permit would be issued. We were never left guessing during any of this process, she was great. Inspections were done, materials delivered and work continued through the week. As promised, our roof was complete in eight days. Tiger Team even honored the coupon that they?ve posted here on Angie?s List. We couldn't be happier with our new roof, and all of our neighbors keep telling us how beautiful it looks. We even had perfect strangers stop by our house to ask us who did our roof. Great job, Tiger Team Roofing! You are the best.

Tiger Team Roofing Inc. did a great job. I had a very pleasant, great experience with them. They had some additional woodwork that was required that upped the original estimate cost, but it was reasonable. He did a decent job with the roof itself. Clean up was a little bit on the lax side, but they rectified that a few days later.

I suffered some roof damage and water intrusion from Tropical Storm Isaac last year, and after finally settling with the insurance company I contacted (or tried to) several roofers from Angies List or other references. The contact and estimate process with Tiger Team was the best - very good - they were prompt and thorough, and he told me that with an 18 year old roof, there was the possibility that they would pull off the tile and find a roof that was just ultimately in need of entire replacement, and that a patch job would not be practical. He said in that case he would put everything back the way it was and not charge us any money at all, which I thought was very nice considering the time involved. I also had them repair two areas over my garage that always leaked from poor flashing installation - that was just a small amount of extra money on top of the storm damage. Anyway, when they finally started the work, he said the roof was actually in relative good shape except for the damaged area, and they probably replaced more square footage than they estimated, but they didn't charge me any more. They took care to paint replacement tiles to match my white roof. They cleaned up fairly well, and they were extremely nice and completed the work on time. I held off on this review, because the repair was really about water leakage, which is kind of tough to guarantee to be fixed the first time. But so far I've not noticed any new stains in the drywall underneath the repaired area (I had it repaired and repainted, so it should probably stand out if it was leaking). The garage repairs also seem to be dry. So far so good. And it's now a 19 year old roof, which is not too far away from end of life anyway (sadly). Every part of the transaction went smoothly, everyone at Tiger Team was very nice to speak with and very helpful, and I was very happy with the work. I'd definitely recommend them and I'd certainly use them again when I need to replace my roof.

This is a 1st class company! We obtained 5 estimates before making our decision. From the estimate to completion Tiger Team provided superior customer service and excellent communication. Mike was at the job site daily to oversee progress and answer/handle any questions/concerns. If not at the job he was just a phone call away and responded quickly. It is very refreshing to know that there are still companies out there who will take the extra step(s) to ensure you are taken care of. Overall, this was a great experience. You hear nightmare stories about roofers but not here. A+ all the way. I have already recommended them to a neighbor. Everything was done on time and as promised. When they told me they would be done in 3 days I was skeptical. Boy was I wrong. Gigi in the office was incredible. Mike was most helpful and very professional. Even the guys from the crew were great. They did not ask for any money until the roof was completed which was a big selling point. I would highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing.

Despite a few rain delays, Tiger Team Rooding installed the roof over a period of about a week. Gigi was great! She called daily to communicate the work to be done so we knew exactly what to expect when we got home each day. The team was tidy and respectful to our property. After experiencing four South Florida seasons with our new roof, we are thoroughly pleased. The good quality of materials and workmanship is such that our home is much cooler and outside noise is drastically reduced.

They did the job exactly as proposed. The leak is fixed and the work was excellent. I was totally impressed. There is no question about who I will use in the future. In fact, I had a leak in the back and they came out and were equally as prompt. This is a great company and I couldn't be happier with the service.

The price was fair. The service great. The permits were obtained on time. The job began and concluded as scheduled. It was obvious the labor crew was experienced and conscientious. We were kept in the loop timely throughout the process and are very pleased with the results

I got a quote around the time I was purchasing my home, but wanted to wait until after hurricane season to have the work done. The house was built in 1948 and there was no permit on file for roofing, so the existing roof was quite old and you could see it was breaking down. A person at work recommended the company and gave me Mike's contact info. Six months later, I called Mike; he called me back right away and said they would honor the original quote. I asked about HD shingles rather than 3-tab and he told me the price difference immediately. I did get quotes from four other companies, two of which were competetive, two which were substantially higher. Mike stopped by my workplace with the paperwork and shingle samples. I decided to go with the original quote and he told me they were scheduling about two weeks out and that Gigi, the office manager, would call me to set a date. Gigi called a couple days later and told me which week they could come. Since my sister was visiting that week, Gigi set it up for the following week. She said she'd call me with the exact day they would start, which she did, as well as explained the whole process to me. The scheduled day arrived and it was rainy, so I called to express my concern. Gigi reassured me they would not do the tear off if it was too rainy. Thankfully, it was fine and they got me sealed in without a hitch. After passing inspection, they came back after the weekend and put on the shingles. The next day it passed final inspection, Mike stopped by to pick up the permit and run the magnet over the yard. I did find a couple old tin tabs/nails later, but for the most part it was a quick and clean process. .

I had an excellent experience. Brian came out and met my fiance at the house to work up a quote. We had gotten two other quotes and we chose Tiger Team based on pricing and the information provided to us in the initial visit and discussions. Upon signing the contract (Brian even came to my work to do so!) all we had to do was select our tile color & style at Eagle Tile in Boca. Tiger Team took care of the permit process, ordering materials, etc., and kept me informed all along the way. Our tile installation date was set up about 1.5 months from when we first contacted Tiger Team. I received calls from Gigi every day or so right before (to remind me of prep work that needed to happen before installation - like removing pictures from the walls) and during the installation letting me know of how things were going, and Brian also called me to let me know how things were going. We knew that the fascia board all around our house was rotten (like I said - 50 year old roof!!!) so that was the only issue that came up during installation. It was made clear to us that it could be an issue from the beginning and in the contract there is a place for wood replacement with costs, so that was very upfront and there were no surprises. The team did an amazing, clean job in replacing the board and it did not cause any delays in work. An initial delivery of materials was made on a Tuesday; the existing roof was removed on Wednesday. Another material delivery occurred on Thursday and the roof was hot mopped and made ready for the tile on Friday. Our tile was delivered on Monday and very early on Tuesday (rain delayed the full delivery but that was not an issue, it still made it in time!), and the installation occurred on Tuesday - and that was it! The following week everything was finalized, we passed inspection and the permit was removed from our yard. The gentlemen that performed the work were completely awesome, so fast, and so efficient. They did not even need access inside my home which I was more than willing to provide (bathroom, water, etc - they didn't ask for anything!). We would meet them in the morning to provide partial payments but then we would leave and everything was completely fine. I'm so glad we didn't need to be around during the re-roof and I can't believe how convenient Tiger Team made things for us. I can see why they have so many good reviews here. I look forward to recommending them to everyone I know and I'm happy to provide another A rating for them!
