I first was referred to Tiger Team. I looked them up on Angies list and BBB and was happy with what I read. I then called Tiger Team and spoke to Brian. I was very impressed with our first conversation. Brian went and looked at the roof and gave me an estimate. His estimate was not the lowest nor the highest but reasonably in the middle.I was impressed with the fact that Tiger Team did not ask for any money up front and I was to only to pay after the job is done. Brian told me that I will be kept informed of scheduals from start to finish. I was given a scheduled date and Tiger Team showed on the day and time told. The job was done and inspected. I was very impressed with Tiger Team.I felt that their business model was one of providing good service to the customer. I would like to say a special thanks to Tiger Team, Brian, and Gigi for making the whole process a good experience. They Will be reroofing my other two buikdings.

Started off on Angie's List as I had no idea who to call for a roof. I called 3 companies and got 3 quotes. I went with Tiger Team Roofing. Why? Well first off, I think first impressions are very important, and Brian at Tiger Team came, looked over my roof, sat down with me and proceeded to explain every single thing they would be doing, the whole process and what to expect and of course finally the cost. He was prepared, professional and friendly and gave an excellent first impression. They were not the cheapest, ( but close) but i was so impressed, my gut said, go with Tiger Team Roofing. So we did, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Everything went as expected and as he had explained. I was informed every step of the way by their wonderful office manager Gigi who was just as nice as could be and so helpful and knowledgeable. They were always on time, always cleaned up their mess, Never left huge garbage dumps in my driveway, never left their equipment in my front yard, everything was cleaned up and taken away every day. They were quick ,precise and most important my roof looks awesome! All my neighbors have complemented how nice my roof looks and how quick they were, some of my neighbors had their roofs done recently by other companies and it took twice as long. So if you need a roof, Tiger Team is the way to go, I would highly recommend them and you wont be disappointed. I couldn't be happier. It went very well. We were very happy with the results. They cleaned up and were timely.

Received several bids for the leaks. Due to Angie's list ratings and awards, I chose Tiger. Mike came out for estimate which was not the highest or lowest, but his friendliness, perceived honesty and knowledge persuaded me to go with his company. For reasons beyond their control, Tiger was about a week late in starting the job, but really created no problem for me. Only problem was a lack of communication. That being said, the job was completed timely, the roofers were very courteous and professional and the clean-up was excellent. I will use this company in the future.

Right from the initial contact with Tiger Team Roofing, they followed through with what they promised. Brian called to set up initial appointment and kept me in the loop regarding the time he would arrive at my house to estimate the work. Once I approved estimate, he continued his conversation with me regarding the repair work to be scheduled and once able to schedule, he called to notify me of the time the workman would arrive. There were (2) workers on the job the first day, they were both very courteous and professional in spite of the 90 degree temperature they had to work in all day. Before leaving for the day, they cleaned up the area on and around the roof as well as the ground area near their work. Another worker showed up the next morning to finish the work and once again, he was also punctual, courteous and professional. I highly recommend the "team" at Tiger Team Roofing!

Everything went smoothly. The work was done promptly and the crew did not leave any sign that they had been there. A deposit was not requested and I was able to pay with a credit card.

It went very well. Brian was polite, professional, punctual and most important, honest with the feedback. He was quick to point out that the issues were not related to roof leaks but to faulty water proofing of the home's exterior paint and caulking of the screen frame attached to the side of the wall. Brian provided recommendations and referrals. He was very graceful and generous with his time.

I was very impressed with the work performed by Tiger Team Roofing. Not only did Tiger Team Roofing finish the job faster than I expected (3 DAYS), they didn't have to sacrifice quality! I was impressed with how they protected my property with their tarps from all the construction trash from my old roof, and how courteous they were. It is really hard to find a company that answered all my questions, and takes the time to explain everything that was going on with my new roof installation. They not only handled my roof with care, they handled my husban and I with care. I will back be recommending Tiger Team Roofing for all roofing needs to all my friends. I have had 6 different roofing companies give me quotes, and I went with Tiger Team Roofing because of their customer service and quality work. THANK YOU TIGER TEAM ROOFING! "THEY'RE GREAT!"

Completed the work in one day. The work men were clean,polite and professional

It did not go at all. after multiple attempts at contacting a person. 1st time was a few months back. a guy on the phone said to call back. it is after 5 and no one was there to help. call back on Tuesday. I did not call back til about 4 weeks later and I called on a wed or Thursday and a woman said someone would call me the following week to set up an appt. I waited until wed the following week , no one had called so icalled them back. a woman answered the phone and said with the bad weather it has been busy. I said you or someone told me someone would call and when they did not I called. bad weather or not someone should have called. I told her that I had called a month or so back and no one followed up . she really did not seem to care... no apology etc. she then set up a time for a man to come out. July15th. on Friday july 12 a message is left on my cell at 6:31 pm. cancelling my 5pm apt. on Monday. Gary said he is so busy that he would not be taking quotes for 2 months.. and if I were still interested and this would work in my schedule please call. what a disappointment. I called them because of angies list. a few other top rated roofers... with just as many permits filed had NO problem coming out to provided an estimate. Estimates are a lifeblood for any business, yet he is so busy he could not provide this service after a potential customer had CALLED twice and did all of the follow up. Company needs a review of their customer service and staffing needs since they are lax at follow up and do not have enough help and/or is too busy to give a quote for 2 months. Most people will move on to someone else for their roofing needs. Good luck with that!!!!

I believe it was the owner of the company who came out. He said that he could tell just looking at the roof from the ground that it was 25-30 years old and that it could not be repaired, only replaced. He said that other people might tell me something else but my roof wasn't something he would work on. I found his manner to be very off-putting. He seemed very curt, and gave me the impression that I had wasted his time. I also wish he would have had the courtesy to take off his sunglasses when he came to my door and introduced himself. I felt like I could not see who I was talking to. It seemed like he was hiding behind them - I almost said something to him about it, but it was obvious he wanted to get out of there so I didn't bother. The upshot of what he was telling me was that my roof was shot. Although he said some other roofer might tell me something different, this meant nothing to me because he gave no details about the situation to let me know what my options were, or what in specific about the roof might give rise to a different opinion from someone else. After he bailed without so much as looking at the affected area, I had the impression there was nothing I could do except start saving up for a new roof and put a tarp on there to stop the bleeding in the meantime. It just so happened that a plumber I had work on the house (also found on Angie's List and who was very good) had recommended a roofer to me and I gave them a call. I said, based on my conversation with the other person, the roof could not be fixed but that I just wanted a tarp up there in the meantime. This roofer actually bothered to get up on the roof and look at the problem. When he got up there, he said he found something patching up the roof that he has never seen on a roof before, and indicated that the people who patched it up before had no idea what they were doing. Now all of a sudden I had hope again. He said he could fix it and his estimate was only $375. Granted, I know this repair will not be as good as a new roof, but it will help stop additional damage in the meantime. I don't know why the person from Tiger Team just seemed to give me the brush-off. Maybe they have enough other good jobs that my roof just wasn't worth their time - but I did not feel valued or respected even as a potential customer. Also they did not give me enough information about the situation to know all of my options - they should have at least gone up on the roof. If they had, they might have seen the strange substance spotted by the second roofer and let me know how that affected the situation. I'm going with the second roofer anyway but I just don't appreciate this company making me feel like I wasn't worth their time.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL , DID THE WORK PROMISED, DID A GREAT JOB, CLEANED UP AFTER COMPLETION PERFECTLY AND I AM NOW USING THEM FOR ANOTHER LEAK SOMEWHERE ELSE. They are highly recommended. N ot easy to find quality work. The Tiger Team is Great!

The General Manager Mike came over to quote repairing a leak at the vent of my water heater. When he looked at it, he said that all it would take is to caulk around the collar, which had never been done when it was installed (in 2006). He provided advice on what caulk to use and maintenance tips for a part of my roof which is flat roof.

I got 4 estimates. I liked Tiget team right away becasue there was no "hard sell"..or false claims about Plantation's requirement to do all sorts of other work, which turned out not to be true, but which 2 of the others did). The price was reasonable (not the cheapest, but in the middle). They kept in constant communication when there were rain delays and then got back on schedule. Cleaned up well afterwards - I'm totally pleased.

I had an excellent experience with Tiger team roof. I had several quotes done, but tiger team roof spent the most time with me explaining the new roof and the process. We drew up a plan and worked on an extended timeline do to my job. Once we locked on a date everything went extremely smooth. The office called and confirmed several times, they showed up on time to start the work and finished promptly. Everyone on the team that worked on my house was extremely profesional and nice. While they were doing the clean up the city inspector stopped by and signed off on the inspection. I was very impressed with the process and how easy it went. I highly recommend tiger team roofing.

Brian Botting was great. First of all he called to let me know he could fit me in earlier than our scheduled appointment. When he arrived I showed him what I thought was a roof leak and he immediately explained that it the problem was with my air conditioning. Brian explained in detail what the problem was and told me I should contact someone to service my AC. His professionalism and honesty was truly appreciated. If I do have a roofing problem I will contact Tiger Team Roofing. I highly recommend this company.

Great the guys did great work showed up on time, finished on time and did a very good job. I would use them again in a heart beat.

They were very neat, timely, and friendly. Brian was great and came back the same day I called to report a second leak after already having come for the estimate. The guys were so nice and even helped me bring in my groceries. They found rotted facia which they replaced and painted and the additional charge was reasonable. Very happy overall. So far no more leaks but they have a two year warranty which is very good. thanks Brian!

HONEST! Said he couldn't find the source of a leak and the stain may have been caused by a wind-forced rain or other anomoly. Offered up a couple of great suggestions. He'll be the first one I call next time I need a roofer!

When the representative came out to give us an estimate on our roof he was very informative and eager to earn our business. We met with 5 other roofing companies and narrowed the desicion down to two. Tiger Team estimate was slightly higher then to other competitor but they were far more educated and made me feel comfotable with the deision to use Tiger team. The roofers came around 8am and completed there work by 435pm. The roof looks great and the contractors were very nice. I would recomend Tiger team to anyone looking for a new roof or just repairs.

Overall, very good experience with Tiger Team. They provided prompt response and service, from initial estimates, follow-ups, start to finish of roofing job, to final payment. Brian, the sales rep, was helpful in explaining what and why on the assessment and recommendation for the job. I narrowed the job down to Tiger Team and one of the other Angie's list roofer with same high "A" ranking. The decision to go with Tiger was made simple for me... while I originally wanted to pay more for the dimensional shingles - every other roofing rep had quoted me a job with dimensional shingles. However, Brain insisted my roof was not built/pitched properly for them. And after doing some research on my own (consulting roofers in other parts of FL and the country), and sure enough, my roof should not use dimensional shingles.

Tiger Team was outstanding form the "get go"! When I called, I actually was able to speak with a very pleasant and helpful person immediately and not have to leave a message like most. I explained my situation and they said they would have someone out there that day to provide a quote. We scheduled a time and I requested 15 minute lead time to get there from work. By the time I got home, there was a company truck in my driveway waiting for me. Gary immediately introduced himself and was pleasant and took the time to show and explain things to me. I had two other roofing companies quote the job and both wanted me to replace the entire roof or a whole section of the roof. Tiger Team recommended minor repairs and proceeded to fix the room. Several downpours later...No leak! Their customer service rocks!!!

From the first contact, my experience with Tiger Team was excellent. Brian Botting worked with me to find a mutually convenient time to estimate the job and provide a proposal. He called me several times when he had openings to try to schedule an earlier visit. He was prompt and provided very helpful information about the repair process and the status of my roof. His proposal was a bit more expensive than other roofers, but MUCH more detailed in its description of the materials to be used and the process. His proposal also included extra repairs of cracked concrete tiles not near the leak location, and re-mortaring where some mortar had eroded. I decided to go with Tiger Team for a couple reasons: 1) They were able to provide the repair in a much more timely manner. 2) They offered a warranty that was double that of the other companies who provided estimates. 3) Their clearly delineated proposal. 4) Their willingness to go above and beyond the immediate repair. Brian kept me in the loop about when the repair team would show up, and they even managed to get here a bit early. (Brian had indicated they would show up between 8:30 and 8:45 AM. They were here by 8:15 AM.) The repair team, Ray and Miguel, were friendly, knowledgeable, and did outstanding work. They answered my questions through the process, and they showed me the steps of the process. They explained where the leak was and they showed me the damage on the original skylights. The work was performed quickly and thoroughly--even though they had to suffer through an extremely hot (over 90-degree) sunny day. Best yet, they left a spotless work site. They left my roof and yard cleaner than before they started the job. I would definitely recommend Tiger Team, and I would call them again if I need another repair or even a replacement.

The flat roof has been liking for years the previous company would try to fix it but the leek would just move to another place. after Tiger roofing fixed it, it rained 'cats and dogs' so leek has been fix once and for all. They did an outstanding job. :)

New roof installed both shingle and flat. Tiger team very efficient and work was completed in 1 day.
