I had a shingle roof that was about 15 years old without roof vents. The shingles were getting dried out and brittle. We had several leaks in multiple locations. The Tiger Team Sales Rep provided several quotes depending on quality and warranty length. They were the only ones who suggested installing roof vents to reduce the heat in the attic. The lifetime warranty is through GAF which has plenty of info on the GAF website. A Tiger Team Rep called every Friday to update the status of the permits and shingle delivery. All deliveries and permits were done on schedule. The original shingle roof was completely removed. Several rotten decking plywood pieces were replaced after personally pointing out each area. Care was taken to retain the gutters without damage. After finding a cracked fascia board, a repair team was sent that day to replace a section of fascia.

I would like to say that my experience with Tiger team roofing was great. I had met with over six companies and decided to go with Tiger Team. The agreement and proposal was clear (I knew what I was getting ) I got 30 year warranty note Tiger team is one of the few companies recognize by GAF (the manufacture) They kelp great communication I got updates from Gigi once a week until the day my job was completed My roof took three days and it was done with a huge crew everyone was professional and knew what they were doing. Overall great workmanship, quality work reasonable price with back up from manufacture. You can?t go wrong with Tiger team roofing

I had gotten 8 other estimates before I got the one from Tiger Team. You know when you get a good feeling about a company and the person representing that company? That's the feeling I got while speaking to Mike. Due to my extensive education from 8 other estimates I knew what I wanted to hear and Tiger Team delivered(and surpassed) all my needs! Mike was very thorough in explaining what they do and how they do it. I liked what I heard and was fine with the cost based on what they were going to do. I was told that we would get multiple phone calls from Gigi letting me know what was next in the process and she was always prompt and courteous. I stayed home the entire 1st day when they came to remove the old roof, repair any bad wood and dry-in the roof. They showed up right on time and in no time 12 guys had the job done on day one! I'm somewhat knowledgeable when it comes to roofing(due to my many hours watching HGTV) and I knew the way they were doing things far exceeded the norm and that if I got 20 years from my original roof I would get at least 25 or more from this new one! Here are just a few of the things they did to make my roof impermeable. 1) Overlay felt paper by 18 inches(vs. less) thereby giving a double layer of paper. 2)3" Flashing is pre-primed(painted). 3)Valleys are bulled with mesh(making them very strong & water tight). 4) Storm Guard Leak Barrier applied and Eave Rake Starter Strips used which enabled me to qualify for a GAF System Plus Warranty(25 year materials and labor). 5) Skilled carpentry to replace all bad/rotten wood. 6) Installed 3 J-Vents because I only had soffit vents(which makes for poor air circulation). Some other companies wanted to charge me $450/vent(talk about a rip off!). Day 2 was inspection(passed). Day 3 was 2 guys installing my GAF Timberline HD Shingles(phenomenal job). Day 4 was inspection(passed). Day 5 they came for final cleanup and to paint match all the vents and stacks(attention to detail). From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience. I will be telling all my friends and neighbors that Tiger Team roofing is the company to choose! This may be the only time in my life I smile when handing over $12,250!

A++ company!! Brian came out and looked at my areas of concern and then did a roof inspection. He found a couple errors in my roof installation by another company that I wasn't aware of. The estimate I received was very competitive and I scheduled the work for the next week. They crew that came to my house were on time and extremely polite. They were here most of the day and did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards. The work they did is perfect. I couldn't be happier

I will start out by saying that if you need a new roof, roof repairs, etc. this is the company to choose. Everything went smoothly. They are an extremely professional company and do everything by the book. Brian, the salesman, is thorough and patient. He does not mind questions and answers them completely and honestly. Their pricing is very competitive. There were several choices as far as type of roof which we appreciated because we were trying to stay within a budget.. Their workmen are always on time and work very hard and are very good about protecting your property and cleaning up every day. Gigi calls every Friday both before they start and during the roofing process to keep you up-to-date. They gave a start date when we signed the contract and even with all the rain were able to start on time which I really appreciated.

I went with Tiger Team Roofing over another local highly-rated roofing company because not only was the estimate a few hundred dollars lower, but more so due to the professionalism and knowledge of our salesman, Brian. On our initial meeting, Brian not only checked the areas where I knew I needed repairs but also let me know that I had loose ridge tiles. His thoroughness was exemplary. The other company's salesman did not go beyond where I already knew I needed repairs. On our repair day, Ray and Pierre arrived on time and were professional and friendly. The work was completed in approximately 6 hours and you hardly even knew they were there. They repaired the blisters on my 2 flat roofs & did the loose/broken tiles which is probably pretty standard. They also had to work in a 4x4' area on a corner valley where the roofs come together which had a wet soffit and we were unsure whether it was a roof or gutter problem. Ray & Pierre found there was a large amount of mortar holding water at the bottom of the valley. It deteriorated the area and penetrated the nails & return flashing that ties those 2 areas together. They then reconfigured the area where the water runs so it will no longer back up. The company did not take any payment until the job was completed. I would definitely recommend Tiger Team roofing and would use them again.

The owner Gary met with me for the estimate. He was very detailed and we did a walk around the house while he pointed out different issues and his recommendations for my roof. His knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent. He fully described the process and set my expectations. I obtained other quotes that were emailed to me. Gary provided help with selecting tile and gave me a vision of how it would look on my house. The installation crew worked hard and kept the work site clean as possible. Gigi in the office is a great communicator and gave me a call each week with a status. All the neighbors asked about my great looking roof. I feel Gary and TigerTeam did a quality job and I'm happy about my choice.

I had used Tiger Team a couple of years ago and was really impressed with their quality of work. Brian came out and went on the roof (with me). He discovered that there was NO roof leak. Water intrusion had occurred as a result of cracks in the plaster. He told me what needed to be done. It was an easy fix. There was no charge for the visit/diagnosis. I have told everyone I know about the excellent customer and repair service of Tiger Team Roofing. They are definitely an AAA team.

Mike came out because my inspector said the roof had a leak, some cracked tiles, and a broken vent. Mike spent over 30 minutes inspecting the property and let me know that the cracks were only cosmetic and that the leak was non-existent, that the first inspector's judgement was off. This saved me over $2,500! I appreciated when Mike walked me around the property, showed me photos of the roof, and taught me about roof repair. If I ever need roof work completed I will most certainly call these guys. I am so impressed with this company. From the moment I called for an estimate, to the completion of the job, they were prompt courteous and thorough. When Brian did our estimate, it was very comprehensive; I knew exactly what was to be done and how it was going to be accomplished. No questions were left unanswered. They showed up in a timely fashion, completed the work as promised, and left everything tidy. Best of all, no more leaks. I cannot recommend Tiger Team Roofing enough. They are the best!

I just bought a foreclosure home which had a 8 year old roof. Even though I should not be worrying about leaks , I was concerned. I called Brian and he confirmed what I suspected. Not only did he discover the leaks but potential issues for the future. He explained what needed to be done and how it should be done correctly. Within two days of me speaking with Brian, he had a team on site and had all my issues fixed within hours. Brian is like the Mike Holmes of roofing. He will tear out the bad and do it right.

They responded very quickly, did a thorough evaluation, reviewed the details of what needed to be done and provided a very fair estimate. The work was done on time and efficiently. They cleaned up the work area and left it in spic and span condition. Everyone I dealt with at the company was very pleasant. If I ever need more roof work I would definitely call Tiger.

Excellent. The supervisor who made the first visit to evaluate the problem was professional. He listed exactly what the company will perform. The two workers who performed the job were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They even suggested how the problem can be prevented in the future. A+ job from the beginning to the end.

From beginning to end the entire Tiger team was awesome. We researched over 12 companies before hiring simply the best. Brian was great with explaing how they work and timeframe of the job(which was less than a week ) . Our neighborhood has 2 other roofers doing work ....im glad i chose who we did,. The team was clean and effecient . Go with Tiger you won't regret it!

We had a quick response to our phone call by Brian and he gave a date that he would come out and take a look. When he came, he showed us pictures of the problem, a drawing of what they would do, and a price. We set it up, two courteous young men came at the time they said, they worked for about 4 hours, showed us pictures of what the leak looked like, and what they did. I would call them again, and have let others know that we were happy.

In taking off some of the fascia, they created a hole in the soffit underneath. That was not initially repaired as that is not their policy to work on the soffit. I did explain that though there was poor wood there, there had not been a hole, but agreed to pay for them to fix it as I didn't need additional residents in my attic. The whole process took over two weeks which was a little disturbing but this was the "wettest July" so it really was out of their hands. in the end I was not charged to fix the soffit :) and the additional monies, above estimate, was for additional wood.

Outstanding job! The quality of the work was excellent. The roof looks great. They were prompt, very professional, and courteous. They removed all trash and material when the job was completed. The General Manager went above and beyond--more tiles had to be replaced than was originally estimated and he honored the price quoted on the proposal.

From beginning to end Tiger Team did a GREAT job. I first meet with Brian who explained the complete process step by step on his IPad including explaining all the types of materials that would be used and why. After they removed the old roof, Gary called us to inform us that the original roof had been installed incorrectly ......... Tiger team corrected all the problems. Gigi from the office who was terrific called us weekly to keep us informed and up to date on progress which made me feel very secure. We had one minor hiccup was it was resolved immediately by Tiger Team. Everyone on the team was always very friendly, professional and returned very phone call. It was a very positive experience and would recommend them to any one.

We had requested 5 estimates from different roofers, Tiger Team and 4 others, and received prompt response from all including 1 of the other roofing contractors recommending Tiger Team for the work. When all the proposals were received the estimates ranged from " to good to be true " to " I am having chest pains ", Tiger Team presented 3 different options with their estimate with detailed information for all options. The follow up calls from the Contractors about their proposals was where Tiger Team closed the deal and got the job, Brian Botting was straight forward and no nonsense, he answered all questions by talking with us and not down to us. We need the re-roof to be completed by 8/1 due to Citizens trying to pull a fast one and not renew the insurance. Tiger Team provided a time frame for the work to begin and complete as we needed and that we would be updated every week by Friday as to the progress. We signed our contract at the beginning June and received our first call from Gigi at Tiger Team, as she explained that she would be our contact person for our project. Gigi called us every week to update us from the permitting process and approval, to when Tiger Team would begin to roof work . The week we were on the schedule to begin construction it had rained almost nonstop the week prior and caused a delay, this was handled by Gigi in the most professional manner and with a " Yeomans Effort ' the work was completed on time. I had requested to have all the fascia board replaced while the re-roof was being done and Brian was more than accommodating with that request and that is money well spent. The crews that worked on the roof left the job with no damage to any of the landscaping and no debris left anywhere at the end of the days work. Like most re-roofing projects there will be extra work to be done with decking and structural members, the additional work and the detailed explanation of the work done was presented at the end of the work day for approval. From start to finish Tiger Team kept us informed and made sure that we were up to date with our project as each step was achieved. The entire project went very well. Brian, the project manager, gave us lots of information when we started looking into a new roof and explained things as the job progressed. Gigi, our office connection, gave us updates on start times and work days as well as helping us get a screen company to remove and replace the pool cage. The crew was on time, did excellent work, were careful and cleaned up afterwards each day. The price was allitle higher than some other estimates we received, but we choose Tiger because of the tile they used, eagle instead of integra, and we are glad we did. The only negative in our whole experience was the Tiger did not do the screen removal and replacement and we had to hire and coordinate that company ourselves.

WOW! Brian showed up and looked at two problem areas on our roof. And after he did he reviewed everything in detail, with pictures, so I knew exactly what was going on. Then he did something that FLOORED ME - he recommended something other than roof repair be done to correct one of the problems. When they did fix the other problem, it was completed professionally and again they showed me pictures of the entire process as it was being completed. I tried to get other bids but once another vendor saw the Tiger Team truck in my driveway they said we'd be in good hands and never came back. I will only call these folks if I have a roofing problem.
