This is actually the third time I have used Tiger Team Roofing. The first was for a leak, the other two for tree damage. This most recent time, a large Ficus tree had blown over in a storm and landed on my house. As with the previous two times, they (Brian) was out very quickly (that day) to give me an estimate. The crews were very punctual, the work was excellent, and when they were done, you wouldn't know they'd been there, the work area was so clean. Brian has always been very clear about what needed to be done, what materials would be used to ensure there would be no problems afterwards, and what the estimate and warranty included. I hope I don't have to use these guys again anytime soon, but if I do, I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Brian came out within a couple days of my call; he was prompt, nice, fast and professional. He took pics of the roof and showed me where the damage was, gave me an estimate, and within days the job was done! No deposit was required. Workers were very polite and professional. They did a great job, got here when they said they would and finished by the end of the day. They also replaced other loose and broken tiles. I even recommended them to my neighbor!

It went well from the start. I needed to install a new roof to close on the sale of my house so I had a short time frame. Mike from Tiger Team gave me an estimate, which was slightly lower than others I obtained. I liked his attitude and, after meeting with Mike, decided to use their company. Mike estimated when they could start and would be finished. He was absolutely true to his word. Gigi from the office called me regularly with updates and was always there to answer any questions. The roof was started and finished within 2 weeks and was ready before my closing date. Great company and terrific customer service. I would definitely use them again.

They were prompt and professional. They performed the work that they said they were going to do at a very reasonable price.

I have to say that Mr. Mike Wasco from Tiger Team is great. Very honesty and helpful people! He came to see a leak I have on my garage roof. He went out of his way to help me found out the problem and took the time to explain and show in detail what the problem is. For months I have been trying to find honest people and affordable. If you need any roof repairs or a brand new roof I definitely will contact them.

Worked with Gary on this one. He came to the house and gave an honest quote and steered me away from having to spend too much money. Tiger also patched a hole. Initially the patch was not 100%, but only a text/call and Gary's team was out there and then followed up on their own to water test it. (no addt cost). That is standing by your work. Great work, will be calling them when i need to replace.

Excellent. They had a good team of workers. They had about 9 workers and they all worked together. Everything was like done that day. No dumpster was left at the premises and it was just a good team in how they work together.

We sent a request for an estimate online and Brian contacted us within 48 hours. He came out at our convenience and gave us an estimate. We made our decision to go with Tiger Team Roofing about a week later because Brian was very professional, detailed and provided answers to all of our questions. We were not required to give a deposit. A couple days later we received a call from Gigi notifying us that the process had started and we should be receiving the permit soon. We were kept in the loop every step of the way and even when we had questions about the work Brian responded by calling us within a few hours of submitting our questions. The work team was very professional never leaving any debris or equipment after a days work. From start to finish including county inspections the job took 4days. We would highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing for any roofing services. P.S. They also took the time to trim our trees right at the roof line. Lol

I haven't paid them yet, because they said I could wait for the first rain to see if everything was okay. Not all companies would do that!

It went wonderful. Brian came out and gave me a quote based on what he thought we needed (which was less than other roofers had said). I asked if we wanted further work done, if they would do it and he said yes, and quoted me on that work as well. We went with the larer job, just to be on the cautious side and they still came in the least money of the other 2 quotes I received. On the day I signed the proposal, they said they could start two days later. They were there on promised day at promised time. They got the job done in one day. The area was left clean and everything that needed to be done was complete. I am very happy with results. They also were very easy on me as far as when payment was needed. They were not calling or hounding me for money on the day job was complete even though they did not require a deposit.

Tiger Team found the problem and not only fixed it (they had to patch the leak and repair the roof near the bathroom), but they also inspected for mold and advised us on what we needed to do and, most importantly, what they felt wasn't necessary. So many vendors "advise" you to fix everything, especially with something like roofs. We felt like we got great service for what needed done, and we didn't pay for what didn't.

Was punctual for the estimate and on the date of repair. Appreciated that they returned my call after business hours on the weekend. Happy with the effectiveness of the repair. Only negative was debris left in the landscaping by the repair site. Would use Tiger again.

They were very professional, everything was on time. They were extremely careful that they didn't damage anything. All the crew on site were very nice. Brian Botting was our contact and was very good. Gigi in the office was very nice as well.

It went on time with no issues

Workers were mostly non English speaking and when I explained (English) not to put materials in our neighbors yard they said o.k. I came out 30 min. later and materials were in the neighbors yard. They killed a small section of his newly sodded yard. I asked the tile delivery & onsite Tiger Team worker not to unload & block our drive with tiles. They said o.k.- 30 minutes later I went out and our drive was stacked w/tiles. We had to park a car across the street for a week. Evidently "o.k." in Spanish means "I don't have a clue what you're saying ;but, this reply seems to satisfy non-Spanish people". A tiny section on our roof wasn't completed- Tiger Team said We could easily fix it but we paid a contractor to finish it ( $350 ). We paid Tiger Team cash so they should have been prompt to repair the tiny unfinished area. Otherwise they did the job in a timely manner after they began work. The roof looks good. I would and have recommend them again. Just speak Spanish and demand everything be finished.

From the beginning Gigi and Gary were very responsive. As soon as I contacted the company Gary came to my house, did an inspection and gave me an estimate. Everything was done in a very timely manner and Gigi kept me up to date almost daily with all the details. My board took their time to approve the project and they were very patient. I would definitely recommend Tiger Team Roofing.

Had original tile roof on the house from 1989/1990. Had recent leaks and insurance company requested replacement. We obtained several quotes from the most reputable major contractors in Miami-Dade/Broward Counties (Morton's, Earl Johnston, Z Roofing, and a couple more). All companies we quoted were very professional and all had similar terms and inclusions with the job quoted. Tiger Team was competetively priced and actually was the lowest quote for a shingle reroof and a tad lower on the additional lumber charges per linear ft. Once we cleared the HOA approval obstacles, Tiger Team had the permits to the city and approved within a week. Since it was already near mid December, they could have easily post-poned our job until after the new year, but they scheduled us for the job within a week of getting the permit approvals. We were scheduled for the tear off and dry in on a Wednesday, and I was told that we would have the initial inspection on Thursday (city offices are closed on Fridays in Pembroke Pines), and then they would finalize on Monday for the final inspection to be hopefully done Tuesday (Christmas Eve) if the inpsectors were working that day, othwerwise we'd have to wait until after Christmas...but we received a call a few days later and their office manager, Gigi Calderon, told us that although there shouldn't be an issue without having the shingles installed until Monday, she didn't want have the roof exposed the entire weekend with just the plywood, so they were going to finish the job on Friday, and final inspection was scheduled for Monday the 23rd. They did the entire tear-off and dry-in on Wednesday. And let me tell you, I had A LOT of plywood that needed replacing. Gigi called me several times and kept me updated on the status of the plywood and even suggested that I go by the house and see it for myself, which I did. Their tear-off/dry-in job manager, Jesus, was very professional, courteous, and informative. He spoke perfect English (even though I speak Spanish), and was great! The very next morning, Gigi called me to give me the final price for the additional lumber. Although we had incurred almost $3,000 in additional lumber (19 sheets of plywood, 110 ft of rafter support, and 150 ft of cedar facia board), Gigi said she spoke with Gary (owner) and he reduced it by $700. What a generous gesture by Gary and his team! They returned on Friday morning, and finished the job flawlessly. I had several neighbors come by and comment on the new roof, and the efficient job Tiger Team did. My neighbor across the street even noted their information down for future use. I can't say enough about the comfortable feeling Gary left us with when he provided us with the initial quote. Even when I reached out to him with additional questions during the 3 weeks it took us to obtain all our quotes, he was very patient and professional. He made us feel at ease and was very honest with his answers. Gigi is a great office manager who is on top of things, and Jesus is very competent and came across very knowledgeable and professional as well. We would HIGHLY recommend Tiger Team to anyone who is going through this process, especially for the first time like we did. You won't be disappointed.

Tiger roofing meet my expectations. They were detailed oriented and very knowledgeable about the job which put me at ease. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them in the future.

I bought a brand new roof only 5 years ago. I honestly never expected to encounter major leak issues in such a short period of time. Frustrated and disappointed, I began a new search for a responsible and responsive roofer in Ft Lauderdale to earn my business and tackle my problem. I'm a normal consumer and not a roofer, so I have to chose a vendor based on their knowledge, ability to perform, and IF I can trust them with this untimely expense.... Wow was I impressed with Tiger Team Roofing. They identified numerous issues with the installation and craftsmanship leading up to my problems. They explained to me in simple terms what best practices they would use to make repairs and avoid reoccurring issues. What impressed me the most is how knowledgeable their staff is. NOT just the sales / estimator (who makes the commission) but the actual repair technicians who came out to perform the work. They were very professional, great in communicating with me at all times, and extremely thorough. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to chose Tiger Team Roofing strongly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or repairs.

Everything was excellent: price, service, personality. They were just great. We would highly, highly recommend them. He had to come right away, he was on a vacation he came the next day and promptly did the job in one day. It was really fantastic and cool. They are just super-super people. Brian is one of the main guys there. He came, he looked at it and determined the damage. He has a crew that worked 12 hours to finish it. And they are reasonable.
