He was scheduled to come out Thursday, but called asking to reschedule and offered to come out 2 days earlier, to check a leak. Once he saw the leak and went to view the roof from the 2nd story, he told us flat out it was not our roof leaking but the window. He showed us the cracks where the water was seeping through and told us how to correct the issue. Prior to Tiger Team coming out and looking at our roof, another roofing contractor had come out and quoted us for a roof repair of $2,100. After a massive thunderstorm, Gary from Tiger Team was correct and we no longer have a leak! Gary's professionalism and honesty is why when we do have a roof issue we will be contacting them! Tiger Team Roofing, Inc. was fantastic! The roof was replaced without problems or delay and with minimal disruption. Many of our neighbors have come over to tell us how nice the new roof looks and how surprised they were with no disruptions or mess in the neighborhood, what with the property being on a cul de sac. Several commented on how quickly the job was begun and completed. Brian Botting's presentation sold us on Tiger Team. He was knowledgeable and filled us in on what we should be looking for even if we did not choose Tiger Team. Such a pleasant experience every time we met with him. Whenever we had a question, he returned our calls promptly and came back to the property if necessary. Throughout the process the communication was excellent. At our request, the job was not begun immediately after the permit was obtained but we received weekly calls from the extraordinary GiGi. Each call updated us on work that had been completed and told us exactly what would be done next and when it would be done. We knew who would be on the property and when. She apparently handles the highly synchronized progression of roofing, making sure that men and materials were in the right place at the right time, thus no delays. And, she and Brian were very protective of our new driveway, making sure that all workers and vendors laid down plywood and other protections so that there was absolutely no damage. The workmen were extremely courteous and diligently cleaned up as they worked. I was actually surprised that they cleaned up as thoroughly as they did each day. Jesus did a great job of supervising his guys and we had only one minor problem. While they were removing the flat roof over the patio they damaged a wire that probably should not have been located where they found it. To be safe, an electrician was called and the wire repaired and Tiger Team deducted the total amount from out final bill. After the roof was finished GiGi sent Bubba over to clean up and to check everything to make sure we were happy. He was amazing. I asked him to put the second story shutters back up on the flat roof. There was quite a substantial stack, but he was up the ladder with the shutters and bungeeing them together for me in a flash! Every encounter with Bubba was delightful! Today, Brian was here to finalize everything and he explained exactly what we need to do to qualify for savings on our insurance bill. He was just as diligent at the end as he was when he was trying to win our business. When looking for a roofer we only considered businesses with an A rating on Angie's List. We are so pleased to add our A rating to those Tiger Team had already earned.

After clear explanation of the problem appointment was scheduled to do repair. Repair was successful and just in time for rainy season.

From initial roof inspection by Brian Botting before we purchased house, through discussions of repair work, repair work and completion of job, this was a professional, on time, project. Brian was experienced and knowledgeable about this type of roof, completed the job on budget, and several months later in the rainy season, the roof has proven to be waterproof. The crew that worked on my house were efficient, courteous and on time, which reflects the professionalism of the whole company. I would recommend this company.

Honest!!!!!!!!!!!! Refreshing to see a contractor actually report they are not needed! No cost, bill, or sale of stuff we don't need. Reviewed issue and reported the stucco on a faux chimney need to be repaired, something they did not do. These guys are great and communication and will get my business when there is something for them to do for me!

Responsive, professional service. When another leak was detected, Tiger Team listened and came quickly to repair the third leak. Highly recommended!

Brian Botting was extremely professional, punctual, friendly, reasonable informative and kind throughout the entire operation. He was there whenever he said he would be and his team is outstanding. Brian had made a few other repairs prior and we were completely at ease with his team performing this job. Our roof looks outstanding and everything was done with the finest detail. The construction is impeccable and they use only top of the line materials. He takes great pride in his business and strives for meticulous perfection. Tiger Team bid was very competitive compared to the other roofers who bid on the project. Brian, the sales representative was very accommodating to my needs. No pressure to do anything that is more than necessary but he did make a suggestion for a bit heavier storm guard layer for the roof valleys which I agreed to have done (glad I did). Co-ordination with the various members of the Team was very professional from the delivers of the roofing materials to workers who stripped the roof to those who laid the shingles. Even the code inspector commented on how well this group does their job.. What is very characteristic of their professionalism is the meticulous manner in which delivered the material and their care to clean everything after them at the end of the workday. I can honestly say I am very satisfied with the caliber of their work and recommend them to anyone who is in need of re-roofing. .

Everything was great! Everything was done quickly and Gigi clearly communicated what was going to happen on a daily basis. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work. Overall completion time was about two weeks. Amazing!

So this review is mainly geared towards Gary and Gigi. My wife and I purchased a home recently and have been in touch with Gigi to give us an estimate for a new roof. The inspector had told is our shingle roof was 20+ yrs of age. Obviously this concerned us and so we went to Tiger Team. At first Gigi have is a quote of around $7100 which I thought was incredibly fair seeing as she went off of city records and the inspection report. After we closed on the home Gary came by to physically inspect the roof and instead of playing on mine and my wife's ignorance on roofs he simply stated that the roof was in perfect condition and that it may be 10 years old, if that. So in the end we did not need a new roof and ended up spending nothing which I attribute to honesty. Gary was exceptionally professional and respectful to my wife as I was not present during the physical inspection. My mother-in-law now is in contact with them to get her own roof fixed because of their customer service alone.

From beginning to end- Tiger Team roofing was professional, polite and efficient. Two years ago, they completed a repair, as I was not ready to complete the entire re-roofing project. I called when I was ready to schedule. They honored the original price and quickly obtained the needed permits. They were on time daily and cleaned up every day. Gigi (in the office) called me with updates. My roof looks great and I was very pleased. I highly recommend this company.

Met with Gary on 5/5/14. He was punctual, professional, and friendly. He looked at my roof and knew exactly what the issue was. He took time to explain the process. He even showed pictures of what would be done. He gave an on-the-spot detailed estimate of $1418 with a one year warranty. The only reason why my husband and I didn't use Tiger Team is bec. we were able to have the same work done by another company for the same price, but with a longer warranty. I would use this company in the future and recommend them for estimates, etc.

From the initial contact with Tiger Team up until the end, we have been more than satisfied. We have dealt with both Brian and Gary and they were BOTH extremely informative and professional. Gary spent about an 1 1/2 hour at my house going over the details of the re-roofing process and the contract. Their crew was fast, efficient and clean. Gigi, the office coordinator, called me every Friday before the work started to just keep in touch to assure me all was on track and updated me on the permitting process. She also called each day the work was being done. I would HIGHLY recommend Tiger Team and will definitely use them again!!!

Since the other provider fixed the problem, I did not work further with Tiger Team.

It went very well.. from scheduling an appointment to the finish. Brian was great explaining the problem. He took his time to give me detailed quote and explained everything in detail. Workers showed up on time on scheduled day and they were professional and very detailed oriented in their work. I could see they did the repair like one is doing for their own home. I really liked the way it came out and repaired. They answered all of my question and at end i'm very confident and happy that i choose Tiger Roofing. I had a really good experience with them. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a roofing job. The person who came out was extremely helpful. He explained everything that needed to be done. He did not try to sell me a work that I did not need. He called me that I had issues on other areas. He recommended the job that was actually perfect for what I needed. When they were working on the roof of mine, they found more damage than what they had estimated for me originally. The work actually required more work when they pulled up the old tarp paper. They went ahead and replaced all that stuff without extra charge.

Bryan called ahead to let me know when he would arrived and showed up right on time. He checked my roof over to see if there were any issues or deficiencies that needed repair. He said there was no issues other than some cosmetic things and provided his recommendations. Very professional and friendly. Thank you.

Couldn't be happier! I just can't say enough good things about this company. I had three companies come out and give me estimates. They came out in the middle where price was concerned. I had the pleasure of dealing with Brian who addressed all of my concerns in a very professional manner. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and was very easy to talk to. Everything went as explained on the first meeting, with no surprises. Gigi from the office, called and kept me abreast of deliveries, dates and times. She was courteous and professional and left me feeling confident that I was in good hands. I went over the allotted amount of wood replacement that was covered and she called to explain in detail on what was replaced. The entire roof was removed and recovered in one day, the shingles replaced in one and half days. They were clean and covered all the landscaping that was close to the house. Several of my neighbors commented on what a great job they were doing. There wasn't a thing left behind. The roof was finished for a week before we had a final meeting and I paid them. I would use them again and I would refer them to a friend.

They were prompt and courteous. They provided an estimate in a timely manner and though we chose another vendor, It was only because we felt it was a better proposal. TigerTeam Roofing should be considered by those looking for a Professional experience from conscientious people.

Mike came over for what I thought was a roof leak and was extremely honest in his assessment. Informed me that my issues were not related to the roof when he could have easily charged me to do a roof fix. Extremely honest - will use them in the future.

Company contacted me immediately upon my request. Quick appointment. Mike provided an honest advice and not just rumbled with promises like other companies. I will take care of work needed prior to the roofing job but will without a doubt contact Tiger Team for this. I am confident in their integrity and honesty as a company
