Summit Van Lines were wonderful. Everyone from the Staff, Shannon and Katie to Sammy, the estimator, to the movers, Mike, Davis and Rashid were professional, courteous, accomodating and went out of their way to fit me in last minute, moved and discarded my furniture quickly and with great care. I would futuredefinitely use them for all my moving needs in the future.

Movers arrived promptly, were respectful, worked quickly and were very careful. No dinged walls or damages to furniture on either end. Office staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Summit did a superb job from start to finish. The office staff, the estimator, and the actual movers were kind, courteous, polite and professional! The team at Summit Van Lines was prompt, professional and all around amazing. They came out and saw all of our belongings so that they could give us an accurate, firm, fixed price for our move. That gave us a lot of confidence and assurance in budgeting such a major relocation for us. Everyone we spoke with, from the office staff to the packing and moving experts, were friendly, kind and full of great tips. We're here and settled in New Orleans, and I've quite literally never had an easier move in my life – despite the fact that this was our biggest move ever, by far. Honestly, if you have a major move – and you actually care about your belongings – these are the people you need to talk to. They crated and delicately handled some very, very fragile antique furniture for us, and it all made it here in perfect shape. They're every bit of the five stars I've rated them here.

From the minute we contacted Kenneth Aristizabal at Summit Van Lines and subsequently met with their Relocation Estimator, Sammy Perets, we knew we had made the right decision involving a relatively short but complex move from our home in Miami Shores to Stuart, Florida. Sammy not only walked our home and garage and accurately estimated the number of boxes and furnishings, but worked an unbelievably fair flat fee to move everything, including a piano and safe. Kenneth kept us sane the entire time, assuring us that most of our stress and worry over having certain things packed in time, was completely unwarranted as the moving crew would take care of dismantling and packing the more complex, fragile and larger items and furnishings we couldn't tackle ourselves. On moving day, we had not one, but two 26ft trucks show up with two amazingly professional, efficient and super personable crews headed up by Tavares and Kevin, who exercised great care, skill and lightening-fast expediency in packing our house up and getting us moved into our new home way ahead of our anticipated schedule. A process that included loading and unloading some extremely large and heavy items (including the piano) and reassembling our beds and other furniture. The best way to describe the entire experience was SEAMLESS with zero breakage and zero damage. Phenomenal to say the least.

I have moved several times in my life and Summit Van Lines has the best movers and the best service I have ever experienced. Kenneth, my Relocation Specialist was very helpful and responsive. Movers, Kevin, Michael and the 3rd guy who I did not get name of were amazing! VERY Professional, Helpful, Efficient, Friendly and Accommodating. When an unexpected issue occurred; these guys and the management, (Debbie and Guy), was incredibly helpful in resolving it. I highly recommend Summit Van Lines

We used Summit Van Lines for an intra-state move between 9/1/2020 and 9/4/2020. They packed, loaded, transported, stored and delivered our household items. They came on time for every phase of the move. They did an excellent job of packing the items. Not a single packed item was damaged during transport. The foreman of the team was friendly, knowledgeable and a good leader of his team. Each day’s work was done within the scheduled time. They also helped out with a few handy jobs at our destination such as fixing the hand-held showers and attaching new headboard and sideboard for the bed. Bravo Summit!

From the start to finish the move went smooth. I was very anxious since it has been years since my last move but the staff including Sammy, Kenneth, and the reception Kristi were all so kind and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised to see how professional the entire staff were. From the sales representative, Sammy, to the entire moving crew, Kevin and Patrick and the foreman who's name begins with a "T" (his name skips memory), to Lilly in the office. I was impressed with the moving team and how they handled wrapping and packaging my belongings. The customer service was top notch. I would like to add that they were able to deliver my belongs on the anticipated delivery date, even with it being an out of state move.

I was stood up by the movers I gave a deposit to so desperately I called everyone as I had to leave the place that day. I spoke with Kenneth who was the only company that can help. I was given a quote one third more expensive than what I had booked, meaning this move cost me an arm and a leg but I was desperate. As a salesman he picked up on it and capitalized on that. In any case, I was thankful, three movers came in and got me moved out before closing time. They worked diligently and fast. They showed up for delivery a bit later than they had said but also delivered speedily. Ome hiccup: they forgot everything in one of my master's closet, however without much ado, the foreman took it upon himself to go to the old place, pick up the things he left behind and they were delivered to me a lil bit over a week later. He took ownership of the mistake. They didn't charge me extra fees either. Though I couldn't find Lilly, the inside rep who handles scheduling and there was no one else who could help me, when I did, she handled the scheduling, even arranging drop off to another city as I was an hour away for three weeks for training. Anywho, a very eventful move for me which they made a little less painful. I would give five stars, probably would be if I had found them sooner, but the whole issue of forgetting my items and scheduling delivery took off one star. Would I recommend them? Yes! Definitely! Read my story and take it not as a negative really but as a company who did what they had to do for themselves and the client. Check them out! They do come through and that's all we can ask for with a move.
