Everything went well.   They were pleasant, professional, and very clean.

Job was very well done.

Late on a Friday afternoon, we heard water in the walls and soon saw water seeping onto the floor in our kitchen.  We traced the source to a condo 2 floors up, and the tenant neighbors were not home.  All the neighbors pitched in and helped sweep out the water, but there was damage to all units below the top floor.  I called Servicemaster on the next morning, and they arrived within hours with plenty of fans and dehumidifiers.  They returned every day until the unit was completely dried out, then offered to return when the insurance appraiser came (several days later), to explain their findings.  They were very efficient, recording in detail every step of the process, obtaining photographs of the flooded and water-soaked areas, and of the residual damage.  After they finished, they cleaned up thoroughly and left the place looking like they had never been there.  Their information was so detailed that the appraiser had little to do but confirm their findings.  The folks at Servicemaster were professional and reassuring, explaining themselves at every step.  It was a pleasure doing business with them during what could have been a horrible experience.

Unfortunately, he was unable to get the urine smell out of the rug.  We do not know how long the cat had been doing this, so I think it was unsalvagable and I do not blame Servicemaster.  They did a great job on my bedroom carpet and in the office, removing stains from other little "presents" from our cats.  They were prompt and courteous and we would definitely use them again.

I did not use them because their price was too high, however they were very professional and knowledgeable.  I would call them again if I had another problem.

I did not know much about mold testing. He went around checking and then sent me an estimate. He seemed to be pretty knowledgeable. He answered whatever I asked him. They took a while to get back to me with an estimate. He was punctual and professional.

They gave me an appointment on Saturday afternoon and the technician was right on time. He cleaned two bedroom carpets and closets and took care of everything. Including blocks under the furniture and a bottle of spot cleaner. Excellent company with good followup and keep their word. I got a call afterward to ensure everything was fine. It was.

Extremely professional. Good quality. I would definitely use them again.

I had a client moving into a unit left in a poor state, I had someone that would take this unit only if i had it steam cleaned and ready in 36hrs. I was lucky enough that they had an appointment open that same afternoon. The property was changed from filthy to quite pleasant in a day. Service was excellent. Will arrived on time, was very polite, helpful, and professional. I had two large rooms and stairwell that badly needed cleaning. He did a great job and the carpet looks much batter than I expected. I would definitely use them again

I had previously tried to clean my carpet myself with a rented machine and although it initially looked good, eventually the carpet starting showing dirty track marks making it look worse than ever. I called Servicemaster. William was the employee who cleaned my carpets and recliners. He was very professional and courteous. I showed him the worse areas. He moved furniture and did a fantastic job cleaning everything! My carpet and recliners look like new. I will definitely use them again.

Very well. He called to say he was running a little late but it was no problem. He did a good job, especially on the stained area rug.

It went well. I was really pleased. My carpets needed a lot of work and they look great. He is very personable, he takes his time, and he takes the time to educate his customer on how best to maintain his product.

Called based on rating on Angies list and proximity to condo. Work was done in a few hours. Not complicated but no problems either.

Arrived home on a Saturday evening after a two day vacation to find my first floor (approx 1000sq ft) flooded from a simple faucet line break. My entire first floor contained laminate flooring with expensive area rugs and expensive furniture. Called Servicemaster on a holiday weekend not expecting anyone to answer. Not only did Servicemaster answer right away but they agreed to do the job and were at my home within two hours! The guys went to work right away and stayed till nearly 2am. They extracted most of the water that night, removed 2/3rds of the wood flooring, padded all furniture and took all rugs for cleaning. In short, these guys WORKED THEIR A**** OFF......and on a holiday weekend to boot! They were back the next day on a Sunday @ 8am! Over the course of the next six days, they came every day to check on the status of the blowers and dehumidifiers and use their gadgetry to make sure walls were drying to prevent mold. They came when they said they would come and always stayed for approximately an hour each time. They were pleasant, professional, informative and always cleaned up as best they could (considering the circumstances).They did their best to extract all water but in the end they had to remove some drywall with insulation that just would not dry. I was always informed of the progress and nothing was done without permission. They always returned my phone call in a timely manner and were attentive to my work schedule. Billing was handled through my homeowners insurance company which paid for the whole thing (approx $8000). I was initially charged my deductible up front but was credited by my insurance company. The office staff (Denise) was friendly and very helpful with helping me resolve the usual insurance company "drama". The owner, Jim, was kind enough to accompany me to his bank (at my convenience) to endorse my insurance check even after he had already been paid. Overall, this is a stellar company which I HIGHLY recommend! I felt they were trustworthy, hard-working, responsive to my needs and not looking to make a killing on the insurance company's dime. I have absolutely nothing but praise for this company! Thank you for making a difficult time easier for me!

He is very professional. He did a very good job. He got stains out that another company said wouldn't come out. He showed up on time to do the work.
