I called on Saturday no shoes ..... Never minde that Im in pain and have a hart time getting around since I don't have appropriate shoes. So I decided to get some insoles so that I could at least walk a little , they worked surprisingly well. I received a call on Monday 01/05/2015 that the shoes came in. In the store I told Janet that I no longer need the shoes since it took to long and I got inserts instead. The treatment that I experienced after that was shocking and I was called a laier. I was " forced" to pay a 5% restocking fee ..... When I ask to talke to the manager Janet told me she is the owner in a very degrating manner .In my opinion she has absolutely no people skills ! one of the worst customer treatments I ever experienced . ( English is not my first language )
Description of Work: I went to Runners Depot on 01/02/2015 to buy a better quality shoe since I was just diognoist with planters facilities and a fracture on my right foot .( I have Dr. Notes ) I was in a lot of pain . Janet assisted me and showed me 3 different styles of tennis shoes . I decided on a pair but the color I needed was only in the Fort Lauderdale store , to order the shoe she made me pay right there ( she sad it's policy )and promist the shoes would be there by Saturday 01/03/2015 .
