Description of Work: Dale and the guys there did great work. The total price was 1830 to rebuild my transmission but I went on their web sight just before I went to pick up the car and found a 200.00 dollar off coupon that they excepted it gladly. I did have to take my car back to them for a noise, not related to the transmission, that my car did not have when I took it to them. They worked on it immediately and found that it was a bushing from a joint that had to be taken apart during the repair. It took them a couple hours but they fixed the noise and the car has been running great.

Description of Work: Paul is a very pleasant guy and knowledgeable about transmissions. He had the wrecker pick up the car on Thursday and we got it back Tuesday afternoon. Wife is very pleased with the way it performs.

Description of Work: I asked them to perform routing transmission flush on my Expedition at 90K miles. Nervous about the possibility of a failing transmission given trends with my year/model. They performed the work same day and even dropped me off at work and picked me up. Great experience and will bring my truck back to them for the next flush or any work that may come up. Highly recommend!

 + -1 moreTheir towing cost was fair and the quote I received in case the transmission had not still been under warranty was competitive. Professional, honest and fair.
Description of Work: I took my car in for transmission work because another mechanic failed to repair it. The folks at Paul's checked it out and let my know that for the make and year of my car the manufacturer provided an extended warranty on the transmission and that I should take it to the dealer. I didnt think that with the miles on my car, 28 over 90K, that it was still under warranty. However Paul's was right and they saved me a ton of money.

 + -1 moreMy car was ready as promised on the day Hank said and I was completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend Paul's Transmission. Very good people. Thank's Hank and Dale, you guys took care of my car with care.
Description of Work: My 2006 GMC Envoy with 209,000 miles died on me one day, my normal shop informed me that it was Transmission and they did not work on transmission. Spoke to Hank at Paul's Transmission on the phone and he took care of everything for me. He called me and kept me posted as to the severity of the problem and possible cost. He was very friendly and knowledgable. I felt confident that my car would be fixed properly.

 + 0 moreTransport from house to shop was provided by Paul's Transmission, car was evaluated and problems were reported promptly, I recieved a call explaining all the repairs neccassary with an estimate of repair cost before repairs were started. Post repair evaluation of the car revieled a problem with the cars starter, so I recieved a call from Dale the owner who explained what was wrong and offered to replace with no extra labor cost. This company is very proffesional and I will definitely refer them to anyone who is looking for a auto repair shop.

 + 0 moreThe owner Dale examined why my car wouldn't drive after he spoke to me about any past repairs and like a doctor examining his patients he found out what the problem was and consulted with me first what was wrong and what had to be repaired. I trusted him and my car has been back and running. I also receive a year warranty on the job done. So far I haven't had no other problems with my car.
Description of Work: My car wouldn't move back/forward. my transmission had water in it and radiator was defective also. I have a 2005 Ford Freestar that had numerous problems and 2nd transmission issue in 2 years thanks to the Ford manufacture.
