My car was ready as promised on the day Hank said and I was completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend Paul's Transmission. Very good people. Thank's Hank and Dale, you guys took care of my car with care.

Transport from house to shop was provided by Paul's Transmission, car was evaluated and problems were reported promptly, I recieved a call explaining all the repairs neccassary with an estimate of repair cost before repairs were started. Post repair evaluation of the car revieled a problem with the cars starter, so I recieved a call from Dale the owner who explained what was wrong and offered to replace with no extra labor cost. This company is very proffesional and I will definitely refer them to anyone who is looking for a auto repair shop.

The owner Dale examined why my car wouldn't drive after he spoke to me about any past repairs and like a doctor examining his patients he found out what the problem was and consulted with me first what was wrong and what had to be repaired. I trusted him and my car has been back and running. I also receive a year warranty on the job done. So far I haven't had no other problems with my car.
