On 9/4/15 Paradise was called out due to a leak in the guest bathroom and a high water bill. Our Paradise Technician changed a single handle shower valve which was leaking, and also replaced a moen cartridge at this time. We also found 2 hose bibbs leaking and we tightened same. (No Charge) On 9/8/15 Paradise was called out because you still had a leak. At this time we pulled and reset the toilet, replacing the wax and johnny bolts. (This was in the Master Bathroom) On 10/5/15 you called us again, stating that the hosebibb starting to leak again. We did not charge to tighten it on 9/4/15, and we also replaced it at NO COST to you on 10/5/15. Your total bill from Paradise for all of these repairs was $598.78. "We apologize for your negative experience with Paradise Service Technologies. We can insure you that we aim for nothing but the highest level of customer service. Customer called in and was given a 9 a.m - 11 a.m window. We arrived at the customers location at 10:00, and gave a free plumbing quote. Customer had received a quote from another company which was lower than ours. She declined, and we wished her a nice day, and went forward. Paradise Service Technologies offers great jobs for many technicians in the South Florida area. We offer higher pay, nice trucks, and full benefits to all of our employees. Covering over 90% of their health insurance, Paradise does not have higher prices because we want to rip anyone off. We offer higher prices, because we offer a higher level of service. Intelligent, clean cut plumbers that will go above and beyond to make sure our customers are happy. I apologize that the rate quoted was not to your expectations, but we do not feel that we are of an "F" rating because we gave a higher price than the company before us. We did not charge to give the quote nor did we force anyone to accept it."

"I am very sorry that the customer did not feel she was treated fairly. I wish she would have called and asked to speak with me, the owner and manager. I am very accessable amd I am sure I could have resolved the matter and would have done whatever it took to make her happy. When we arrive at a residence we determine the problem and give an up front quote to do the repairs; if the quote is accepted we than proceed with the repairs as quoted. There is absolutly no charge for this. We only charge for the quoted work; if quoted work is declined there is also no trip charge. Due to the fact that we do not charge any trip charge we add a $5.00 fuel charge to every invioce which is included in the upfront price. The customer approved work prior to starting job. As far as the persons job who referred the customer -- her job was much larger and her bill was much larger so I don't really understand what she is comparing. At Paradise we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We charge nothing to come to your house and quote your repair; there is no pressure if you refuse the repair. There are a lot of expenses such as licensing fees, insurances, worker compensation, vehicle expense, etc. that cause us to charge what we charge. We are very competitive as long as you compare us to fully licecened and insured companies."
