The job was done quickly and professionally. There was no dirt or mess left. When I went across the way and looked at the roof I noticed that the color of the new tiles was not the same as the rest of the roof. I called the company and three days later I noticed that it had been repainted perfectly. It has really poured several times and I don't have any more wet spots. For me this was a success story.

I am not a expert on roofing, but the company seems to have done a good job. They were friendly and prompt. They also did some extra work without charging me. From what I hear, the price seems fair as well.

No problem. Don't know if they were the cheapest? $500 for an hour seems like a lot of money but they got the job done and no problems.

I searched everywhere, called numerous roofers who were either too busy or too expensive and who wanted to rip the entire roof off the house and start again. Paletz came over to inspect the roof prior to putting the house on the market. He was the only person who suggested repair instead of replacement. He arrived at the arranged time and date and did a fantastic job of matching shingles and repairing the roof. The person I spoke to at the office was charming and polite and so was the person who did the work. He left everything neat and tidy and kept to the cost quoted on the estimate. I would recommend this company any time.

During the inspection process, the company identified the problems and gave an estimate of the work necessary. After we closed on the house, we arranged a date for the repairs. The worker's had to reschedule several times due to rain. The work was eventually done and they kept to their estimate.

Repairs done on time. Technician-owner very courteous and efficient and even reduced the price from the original estimate when the job was less extensive than originally proposed. They went out of their way to find the correct tiles even though they normally do not provide tiles for the job.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A VERY NEAT JOB. THEY DISCARDED OF ALL THE OLD TILES THEMSELVES. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO ALL OF OUR FRIENDS.
