I had a stress-free experience with this company. They came out on the scheduled day and did the tear-off and preparation for new shingles and had the shingles delivered the next day and work began immediately to install as Hurricane Dorian was heading to Florida a few days later. They got it done in record time and I am happy with the finished product. Eber was very easy to work with and always communicated promptly.

Great job on roof. Team did a quick job on roof replacement. Only downside cleanup left a bit to be desired. Price was above Home Advisor average guess of 7000.00.

The job has been done quickly, I'd like to see more attention to details: cleaning tar smudges and drops on the walls. I can't myself rate the quality of work: time will tell. The only information I have: there were four inspections instead of the regular two. Eventually, all the noncompliances have been fixed and several heavy showers of rain passed with no leaks. Hopefully, that will be the case for all seven years of the warranty.

I felt like I was treated with a personal touch. Itâ s a very professional company but they are family owned and operated so that gives this company a personal experience. I have been trying to find a roofer to be --honest-- and explain everything that was needed for a long time. The father came to evaluate my roof and to see if I really needed a total new roof or a good repair. I was prepared to hear anything. It was determined that I needed to repair, that a new roof was not needed yet. I checked their license and history to see that they were exactly who they said they were. So far so good. Very happy. I firmly believe that if a problem comes up they will stand behind their work and warranty.

The crew was fantastic. They were professional and the clean up was great. There wasn't one more thing they could have done to make the experience of having to get a new roof better. Eber was there every step of the way. If I Texted or called him he always responded as soon as he could. He went out of his way to get me all the docs and photos required by my insurance carrier.

Overall an excellent experience having our roof replaced by New Era Roofing. Eber was quick to get the permit from Margate. They used premium quality materials and top notch nails. The bid was average for the area, but the work done was well above average! I d recommend them to friends and family.
