As rainy season begins I unfortunately noticed a small leak in my roof. I reached out to a few companies with either no response or a week+ wait time for someone to come out. I reached out to New Era Roofing Concepts because of their great customer ratings across multiple platforms. Eber answered immediately and was at my house within two hours to take a look. He provided me with a fair quote and the next day when I called him to confirm he had one of his guys, Junior, out in less than a Day. Junior did great work patching the leak and repairing the tile. He was very professional. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be reaching back out to them as needed in the future.

We are selling our house in Wilton Manors and I wanted to replace our roof before listing. I called and got estimates from lots of roofing companies seven in total and I picked the best option. New Era Roofing Concepts. Eber came to our house the same day I called and he professionally measured our roof and then went to his truck and wrote us an estimate right away. His company offered the best warranty, the best options for shingles and the most pieces of plywood as well as facia board. This all happened during this pandemic and they still came and got the job done in just a few days. They did a beautiful job and when the inspector came to inspect he said it was the best shingle work he had ever seen. The inspector said he would give the work an A+. Something that any homeowner wants to hear. We were very happy with the work and would definitely use them again if our next house needs a new roof. Got a few quotes from other established roofing companies but New Era Roofing came in with the best estimate. Highly professional, tarped the pool and cleaned the property every day. It took them about 3 days start to finish. The quality of the job is unbelievable! Had rain gutters installed too. They painted them a beautiful chocolate brown that matches the roof perfectly! Felix and the crew amazingly professional.

Worth EVERY penny paid. These people are professionals through and through. Without ever me needing to say anything they tarped my pool so no nails or debris would fall in, finished the job right without issues. Installed new gutters perfectly. AND they were cheaper than other contractors.

Very professional group... after numerous estimates and researching, my wife and I decided to use New Era for our roof replacement. Felix promised replacement before Christmas and as promised, it was done. Felix, Karolyna and Eber were all awesome... well organized and always available for questions. My roof replacement project was initiated on Saturday, inspected on Monday and all of the shingles were installed and by Tuesday, Christmas Eve... WOW Wifey is happy and that is all that matters.

Their office manager Karolyna is amazing and is always available to help in any way,and answer any questions or concerns.She even went as far as giving us her personal cell phone number and was available at any time we needed her. The owner is also always available to help with any concerns. My Insurance company was asking me for documents that I no longer had, she was not at the office and allowed me to come to her home and get copies of all the documents my insurance company was requesting.
