These f**** ******** broke all of my **** the legs to my chairs . The year has just started bought new furniture and they jacked up all my **** . We are California and this is the last thing we wanted . They do the most and over wrap eveything so they over -extremely good in front of people . YOU ARE BETTER OFF BOOKING WITH TWO MEN A TRUCK WHERE THEY ACTULLY CARE ABOUT YOUR STuff . And how can I forget they treat and talk to their workers like they’re stupid and put them down constantly. Do not book these pieces of **** .

Nationwide Van Lines moved me from my condo in Fort Lauderdale to a home I bought in Coral Springs. I have very delicate decor such as designer blown glass and large mirrors that require special packing. Mr Levin made sure all my furniture and designer pieces would be handled with the best care. I was very satisfied with this company and how they made sure all my things arrived safely. Everything was placed in the new home where it needed to be so I didn’t have to do much moving. Highly Recommended, Excellent Service and Pricing.

Exceptional experience. Great communication. ****, our coordinator, was always available to help with questions. The team did what they said -- always arrived on time, professional and responsive. Competitive bid. The city tore up the road in front of our house right before the move and the moving team pivoted to address the unexpected road work creatively. The packers took great care of our possessions -- everything arrived in perfect condition (EVEN the things we were sure there was "no way" this delicate item would not get damaged ... all arrived in great shape). *****, the driver, and her team were also exceptional: they arrived on time, worked hard, and quickly and placed our furniture exactly where we wanted it. We are delighted and would highly recommend this company.

From start to finish..... If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!!! First lets start with Rick. He kept in touch with me every step of the way. And was very patient with me and all my changes!!! Out of all the movers I called for quotes, he was the only one that followed up with me. I will definitely call him for my next move! Then comes time for the movers to load us up from Margate, FL to NC. They were beyond professional, sweet, careful, and so kind to us. Asked questions along the way. Moved our personal belongings with such care. These two young men pictured with my mom were simply amazing!!!! Now for the unload in NC. The driver kept in touch with us from the time he loaded the truck up until delivery day.... keeping us updated on time line. We had two stops, and he handled everything perfectly. Even told my mom, relax I will put the bed together! We had a storage unit and I was afraid everything wouldn't fit, well he told me not to worry he's got it. And he did! Even told me where certain things were in storage unit for me to find. I cannot say enough great things about Nationwide Van Lines. Everyone involved with our move went above and beyond. We were incredibly happy with everyone and the process. Thank you so much Nationwide for taking care of my mom!

I feel compelled to share my utterly frustrating and disheartening experience with Nationwide Van Lines in the hope that others can avoid the nightmare I endured. My recent move with this company was an absolute disaster, resulting in the loss of several valuable items, including a king-sized mattress worth $4,000, a headboard worth $300, and a papasan worth $150. Despite their clear negligence, Nationwide Van Lines has shown a complete lack of accountability and professionalism throughout this entire ordeal. First and foremost, their "basic insurance" that covers a meager 60 cents per pound is an insult when it comes to expensive and heavy items like furniture. I assumed that a company with such a reputation would provide adequate protection for valuable belongings, but alas, that was not the case. When my king-sized mattress and other significant items went missing, I was left devastated and financially burdened, as their insurance barely scratches the surface of the true value of the lost goods. I immediately contacted Nationwide Van Lines to report the situation and hoped for a prompt and responsible resolution. However, I was met with nothing but indifference and incompetence. It's been almost a month since their third-party movers delivered my belongings, and they have yet to locate any of the missing items. The lack of urgency and care displayed by this company is nothing short of appalling. In my attempts to reach an amicable resolution, I offered to settle for $2,000 for the lost items - a fraction of their actual worth - just to put an end to this prolonged ordeal. Unfortunately, even this straightforward proposal was met with disregard and evasive responses from Nationwide Van Lines. It seems they are more interested in avoiding responsibility than making things right for their customers. To make matters worse, it's abundantly clear that this company is severely understaffed and disorganized. During the process, I encountered countless instances where their employees seemed clueless about the whereabouts of customers' belongings, who was handling the items, and where they were being stored. This level of ineptitude and lack of transparency is an absolute disgrace for a moving company that claims to offer professional services. In conclusion, my experience with Nationwide Van Lines has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. Losing valuable possessions due to their negligence has caused me immense distress, and their refusal to take responsibility and settle the matter fairly is beyond infuriating. I caution anyone considering their services to steer clear and find a more reputable and responsible moving company. My hope is that this review will shed light on the gross inadequacies of Nationwide Van Lines, prompting them to take immediate action to resolve my situation. I urge them to reimburse me fully for the lost items and to rectify their unprofessional practices. Until then, I will continue to share my harrowing experience with as many people as possible to prevent others from falling victim to their irresponsibility. Avoid Nationwide Van Lines at all costs - you have been warned.

We had an incredible experience from start to finish with Nationwide and it’s entire team! We recently moved from South Florida to Central Florida and needed a full-service and reputable moving company. From the initial call with Laurie, to the virtual survey and estimate, they answered all our questions and concerns thoroughly. On moving day, the communication was stellar! The team called to keep us updated on arrival time, dispatch checked in several times throughout the day to ensure we were pleased with the work, but the most impressive experience was with the moving team! They were highly professional, efficient, thorough, friendly and patient with us through the entire process! We even had a few laughs along the way (as you can see by the pic)! Delivery was even sooner than anticipated, the guys worked extremely hard, battling a variety of passing Florida thunderstorms. They delivered, unpacked and assembled each item with care and we had absolutely no issues. The prep, pack, delivery, and debri removal was a perfect combination for our needs! We received several calls again throughout the day, checking in on our satisfaction, including a call from owner (pretty unheard of these days)! We would HIGHLY recommend Nationwide to anyone looking for a top notch team and company for your move! We would definitely use them again!

I moved out for Fort Walton Beach, FL back in April and everything went great! The movers were very professional and worked fast on getting my belongings protected and packed away. They answered any questions I had and also provided additional contact information so I can easily be updated on my items and get any future questions answerd quickly. I would definitely work with them again for future moves.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY This company came highly recommended for a long distance move, but I cannot understand how. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them, Rick in dispatch in particular. The movers were late picking up and I still haven't received my property because the movers are late delivering. This company will waste your time and your money.

They were very professional the price is extremely good they never overcharged and they checked to make sure everything is fine. They packed my stock excellent and unpacked my furniture's excellent and I highly recommend them to anybody.

Terrible. Hired this company for a cross-country move. - Alana said they would handle everything, including coordinating all the necessary details between my apartment company and the driver. I had to do it the day of delivery. - They had two other companies handle the pick up and delivery without telling me, which Rick acknowledged. - Rick couldn't even figure out which company was which because they were reversed in the computer system. - The drivers arrived 3 hours late for the pickup. - The delivery arrived several hours earlier than scheduled, with only 20 minutes notice. - My "binding estimate" was increased by 50% after everything was loaded into the truck. - I received no updates on delivery until I called and threatened to file complaints. - Alana and Todd both said they were going to resolve the increased prices. Did nothing. - Delivery driver would not unload my items until I paid full invoice with increased rate. Todd said he would resolve. Did nothing. - Rick claims that Nationwide provided a service, but could not articulate anything other than "coordinate your move." Thousands of dollars to make a couple calls and completely confuse the entire process. I don't call that a service.

Sad times for us as we closed out parents estate. But, Ouzie’s team from Nationwide made it so much easier. Courteous, respectful, careful and great attention to details. Most of the pieces were antiques. It was an out of state move. They worked with our scheduling and traveling between states. They offered helpful suggestions. They never assumed; they always asked first. Five STARS, 100%+ job performance. Highly recommend and will use them again if need ever arises.

I contacted Nationwide over a year ago to move my home from Delaware to South Carolina. I worked with Laurie Osorio Senior Relocation Specialist, as our plans and needs changed we needed to make a partial move for now. I never made an interstate move before, she walked me through all the important details I needed to know..She gave great advice whether I hired them or another carrier. Her honest and caring answers indicated to me she understood the importance of making a good decision in selecting a moving carrier. She was always available for questions and suggestions. Our move was a success and they worked with my pick up schedule and delivery date. The crew they sent, husband and wife team Kenneth and Bree were amazing. They were quick, efficient and 100% professional! Not only were they the pick up team they were the delivery team, I was excited about my delivery a week later, and also couldn't wait to see them! We will be making another move later in 2019, and I can't even imagine hiring anyone else! You are in good hands with this company, They gave me a great piece of mind. Moving is no fun, but they made it a good experience for us. 10 star review if I could!

I was very disappointed with my experience with Nationwide Vans Lines. I was moving from Philadelphia to the Boston area and needed my belongings placed in storage until I found an apartment. I booked it several months in advance and was promised by Rich a 2-day window for pick-up which would be a guaranteed date by one month of the move (it is very difficult for me to take off a day from work without several weeks notice). However, when I called a month before the date I was told that they couldn't narrow it down any further than the 2-day window. When I was finally able to talk to a supervisor, Alana, she explained that Rich was fired because he was giving out wrong information and agreed to stand by his promise. Rich had also told me that there would be a 7-day window for delivery. Two weeks before the move, I became aware that delivery would be impossible on the 7th day and was told by another associate that they would try to accommodate me. Move out day was fine (although they were somewhat late). Unfortunately, the price was higher than the estimate. Despite my daily phone calls they did not delivery my belongings within the 6 days I was available. I spoke to Kimberly who was rude and acted annoyed that I was bothering her. She kept insisting she would call with updates but never did. Finally when I called on day 5 she said my delivery would not be until day 7 and if I couldn't be there to accept it there would be over $1000 to delay the delivery. Fortunately I was able to speak to a supervisor, Nicole, who agreed to delivery it the following Monday or Tuesday with no extra charge. I was never contacted and the delivery date was continually postponed (which I only found out because I kept contacting them). My belongings were finally delivered almost 3 weeks after the pickup date. When they were finished 2 boxes were unaccounted for. The movers insisted they were moved in but they neglected to check them off. They refused to move anything in order to check. I guess I won't know until I have everything moved out. It will certainly not be by Nationwide Vans.
